    “We had plans in London to see a concert and at very last minute the artist cancelled, we had a few days off so was determined to do something , our daughter knows I love Borth and she found Coopers caravan for us !”

    And boy what a find !!! Gemma was so helpful helping us book at the very last minute , We got the train up and got key from instructions we got sent so such an easy pleasant experience. The caravan is stunning , lovely views, close to all amenities…. Little shop , swimming pool , club house , arcade and only a few minutes walk to the beach . The caravan had everything you needed …. Bedding , Games, seating outside , all utensils . I cannot fault the caravan itself or the location , ...

The property

The Willerby Ellerton has been designed for maximum floor space, allowing a airy feel to surroundings, It has a modern kitchen, with all usual refinements and an air fryer.

Decorated throughout in a sage and oak theme, bringing a very modern feel to the static which is less than 1 year old.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 single bed rooms and 1 x double bedroom), there is also a pull out bed in the living room to take the capacity to 8.

To the outside is a private garden with a gated decking area (no one overlooking as corner plot) with outdoor seating which is ideal for drinks, reading a book and watching the sunset. The caravan is situated on the bottom section of the park where it is slightly elevated so there is a view across bottom of the park ,so there are no steep hills to climb, Within close distance is the Car Park (please park your cars here as cars aren't allowed to park at the side of the caravan), Reception, Indoor Swimming Pool with Slide, Launderette, Arcade, and Clubhouse.

so easy access to the all the facilities.

Also the beach and village of Borth are only a 5 minute walk away where you will find a local Nisa, a few cafes, a chip shop, restaurants and pubs .

There is also a local golf course, a award winning pub in town (The Victoria) with one of the best pub gardens with benches and tables on the beach to soak up the sun, cafes serving homemade cakes an savories Situated on site is a restaurant serving from breakfast til late, the clubhouse also operates a food delivery service to van (via app), sports bar showing all the latest sports action and entertainment bar where various shows (singers, bingo, kids club & disco, amongst other singers) are put on throughout the evening (passes must be purchased from reception for access to swimming pool and entertainment bar), a football court, playground for younger children, there is an arcade, entertainment/activities team offering various water / sporting activities during day to keep the little ones happy (for further details please look at the Brynowen Parkdean page for further up to date details) Within the caravan there is a smart TV in the lounge with access to Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney +, there is also access to separate private Wifi.

(we kindly ask that the password is not given out to anyone else whilst on site please), Within the lounge is a corner sofa for watching the TV, also with various games for when the weather is not so pleasant outside.

It has a separate toilet to the shower room, within the kitchen there is an air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle along with all the usual modern refinements with a separate table to eat with the family. Off site Borth has good transport links with a train station and buses that serve Aberystwyth (10 minute drive) or a beautiful 6 mile coastal walk.

Borth has its own blue flag award winning beach, and is the perfect base to explore the coast or local neighboring countryside with its peaceful trails for walking and cycling. Check in Time is 14.00 Check Out Time is 10.00 Please note that linen, duvets and pillows are provided but guests must bring their own personal towels, tea towels and beach towels as these are not included.... Also there are a few things to note: - no contractors or vehicles with contractor logos are allowed on site (Licensing rules) - there are no electric charging points for electric vehicles so these cannot currently be charged on site

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
