“Stayed at barmouth bay before but this is now our new favourite caravan.”

It is beautiful, Large, has everything you need and is immacutaly clean; in a lovely spot! Couldnt ask for more, will definatly stay again. Tracy is so helpful! Lovely lovely lovely!

“Fantastic lodge great position, quiet (with exception of the birds they get up to early for me lol ) , car parking , walk to amenities, pubs, clubs, right on beautiful clean beach .”

2 bedrooms en-suite great shower in both bathrooms . Can’t say anything bad about it . We will be back , thanks Tracy and Phil.

“This lodge is superb!”

Larger than I expected, it has every thing you need, dishwasher, washing machine,tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid. This lodge is a credit to the owners, it’s first class, in every way! Tv works well. The beds are very comfortable, showers are large and work well. The beach is within walking distance, which is gorgeous. Wi-Fi works well, a lovely nice grass area to walk your dog, The decking is great to sit in the day or evening will definitely be booking this again. The view of the hills is superb.

“We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday by the beach.”

The location of the lodge is excellent as you are not far from access to the beach, reception, site shop, chip shop, and amusement arcade. You are also close to another site with a restaurant serving great food. There is a secure decking area with a gate, which we needed for our small dog and a large grass area to the side of the lodge. There were plenty of hangers provided and my teenage son was very happy as there were no problems with the WI FI. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach when we needed to get in touch. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, if we were to visit Barmouth in the future.

“A lovely bank holiday weekend spent celebrating my dad’s 75th Birthday, my husband and I, my 2 children age 13 and 7 and our dog, felt at home, it was comfortable, clean and a perfect spot for the children to play safely and the for the dog as well.”

It was a lovely peaceful, private spot, and in walking distance of the shop, pub and chip shop with a small arcade for the children and a swimming pool which can be used free of charge if you are staying at Barmouth Bay. The beach is a 2 minute walk and Barmouth itself is only a 10 minute ride in the car or you can catch the train from the train station which is only a 5 minute walk. The communication with Tracy was excellent, thank you again for hiring your lodge to us, we will definitely be rebooking another stay.

“A beautiful, peaceful lodge with everything you need to make the whole family including our much loved dog feel welcome.”

Tracy was the perfect host, checking in on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely meal in Nineteen 57 but if you don’t want the expense if eating there everyday our feedback to other guests would be to take own meals to cook. The accommodation has everything you need to feel right at home. Highly recommended.

“A lovely few days in a exceptionally nice lodge.”

Very comfortable and clean with everything you need for your stay. Linen was provided which was very convenient (although no tea towel). Beds were comfortable and showers worked well. Good that the outside spacious decking area was fully enclosed, with a big grass area by the side of the caravan, making it very dog friendly. The gated site was small which made it very private. Two minutes walk to the sandy beach and Talybont is a great central location for exploring this beautiful part of Wales. Communication with Tracy, the owner, was excellent and we are glad that she hires out her lovely lodge as we will definitely be re-booking another stay.

“An absolute gem of a lodge beautifully presented and fantastic location, the beach is 2 minutes walk away as is a wonderful restaurant/bar Ninetten 57 excellent food and despite the close proximity we couldn’t hear a thing so peaceful .”

The owner was really helpful and recommended local dog friendly pubs and let us know she was only a phone call away should we need her, which we didn’t - no problems at all ! The lodge has everything you need nothing has been overlooked. Dog friendly immaculately clean and super cozy all in all a wonderful weekend away, so much so we have already booked again for June !

“What a wonderful stay!”

By far the best accommodation on this site we’ve stayed in. Lodge is modern, spacious, well kitted out and very clean. Beds were super comfortable, we had a great nights sleep! Every room was well thought out and felt like a home from home. Decking area spacious and nice to have a green area that was safe and closed off for the kids which was right outside. Tracy the owner very informative and helpful. She ensured everything went smoothly. We will defiantly stay again. Highly recommend!

“We had a lovely stay in this comfortable, modern and quiet lodge.”

The location of the lodge was in a very spacious plot on a small, private owners-area of the park - even though it is part of a larger resort if you wish for more activities, need a shop or more places to eat. A private barrier area away from the main resort made us feel very secure, maintaining privacy. Our concern was to feel warm, cosy and peaceful during a busy Christmas season, we just have our dog and wished for a clean ‘home-from-home’ for peaceful dog-walking and that’s exactly what this lodge offered us. We would certainly stay again! Thank you to the friendly, helpful owner; Tracy.
