No.37 is a 2023 6-birth caravan in immaculate condition and maintained to a very high standard.
It is nestled a few steps away from Talybont Beach.
The plot is well protected from the elements but in cooler months, there is very effective gas central heating.
Accommodation comprises of a generous-sized main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a luxurious free-standing bath.
There is also a very homely twin bedroom and a further comfortable double sofa-bed in the living area.
Both bedrooms have ample hanging space.
We provide mattress and pillow protectors and also duvets and pillows for 6 guests - just bring your duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and any travel cot bedding and blankets.
In the spacious kitchen/diner, there is everything you need.
The appliances include a larder-style fridge-freezer, hob, oven, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Ready for you to use, there are several pans, many utensils, cutlery, cooking accessories, all crockery, mugs, drinking glasses, bottle-opener/corkscrew, tin opener plus many other items that you may need during your stay .
There is even a dog bowls— we like to make our furry friends feel welcome!!
There is a good-sized dining table with 4 very comfortable padded chairs.
The sitting area has a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa (with sofa-bed)., a 43” flat-screen TV and is stocked up with a wide selection of games, jigsaws and reading material to suit all ages.
Sliding patio doors give you access to the spacious wrap-around secure decking area with wooden picnic table, benches and chairs.
Or relax in the reclining sun loungers and enjoy a drink and a snooze -you’re on holiday!
Seat pads are available for your use and are stored in the sitting room.
There is a spacious shower room too - please bring your own towels and wash bags.
We want you to really enjoy your holiday and to explore the beautiful surroundings as much as possible.
We do love your furry friends but please prevent them from jumping on the sofas and the beds.
The footstool in the lounge houses some sofa throws.
We would appreciate it if you popped these on the sofas to protect them if needed.
There are doormats to help with Sandy toes and paws but if (like us!) you find that half the beach is inside the caravan, there’s a broom cupboard next to the fridge-freezer.
Externally, there is space to comfortably park 3 cars adjacent to the caravan and a key-safe for your convenience.
‘The Sands’ leisure complex’ has a handy supermarket, 24/7 launderette, chip shop, American diner, restaurant and entertainment.
The Sunday carvery cannot be missed!
On the main path to the beach is an ice-cream parlour .
All opening times are dependent on the season.
‘Castle play park’ has a variety of climbing and exploring equipment and the multi-use sports court is open 7 days a week.
There’s a heated indoor swimming pool which has a dedicated children’s play pool.
There is an electric vehicle charging point adjacent to the launderette.
Arrival:
Prior to your holiday, we will forward the access code to the barrier at the site entrance and also the key-box code for no.37.
Arrival time is anytime from 3.30pm..
Departure:
Please check that you have returned the caravan key to the key-box, thank you.
You will need to bring:
Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
Beach towels, shower towels, hand towels and t-towels.
Food and refreshments, (if you choose to eat in)
Phone and tablet chargers (there are USB sockets).
All other personal items.
Booking:
The booking deposit is £50, which is not returnable if you cancel.
An additional £100 will be taken with the balance of your booking, as a damage security bond.
This is returnable following your stay.
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
If you book within 6 weeks, the full balance plus the security bond will be payable on booking.
