We aim to provide clean, comfortable and safe accommodation that can sleep up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed.
There is a large lounge area with a 32 inch Smart TV that is connected to our private 4G Wi-Fi router so connecting to your Netflix, Prime Video or streamed tv is not a problem.
There is also a DVD player and a few DVD's for your entertainment.
The master bedroom and the 1st Bedrooms each have a smart TV and a hair dryer provided.
There is a large fridge and freezer provided and a cordless vacuum cleaner to make life easier and there is an iron and ironing board also provided.
Dining table and chairs are next to the kitchen which has the usual kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cafeteria, pots pans, etc for use on the gas hob and gas oven/grill.
There is a quality microwave that includes a grill making your cheese on toast easy.
Your caravan will be cleaned before your arrival using quality anti-bacteria products with lasting properties.
The caravan is located a short distance from the beach which is about 100 yards away.
There is a large decked area to the front of the caravan, which has an oval wicker glass-topped table with six comfortable, cushioned armchairs, there is also decking on the side where there is also a 2 seater table with two chairs for those intimate evenings or morning coffee.
These chars match the larger table and can make up 8 seats in total.
Barmouth Bay Holiday Village provide a heated swimming pool which is very well maintained and a favourite of the holidaymakers who use it.
There are play areas for the kids including a medieval fort.
There is a launderette, and next to the Village is a bar that does food for most of the day, a well stocked supermarket, excellent fish and chip shop with a pizzeria attached.
They do deliveries I believe.
Close to the park as well is Billies Fish and Chips with an indoor and outdoor seating areas, and amusements,.
A bit about us, that's me and the missus, married for 49 years, now retired of course.
We had a caravan in Barmouth for 14 years and an apartment in Spain for 14 years, both rented out to enable other people to share our holiday experiences.
We ended up with the same renters each year during the main holiday period and made some great friends as a result.
I am constantly reviewing the facilities provided and welcome any suggestions from our guests for improvements.
