“Stayed for one week with our dog.”

Everything we needed. Lovely caravan in beautiful position overlooking fields with views to hills. Quiet countryside, within 10 minute drive of Barmouth. Site on beautiful long sandy dog friendly beach with grassland walks. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for a welcoming stay.

“Lovely, well laid out, clean caravan.”

Beautiful view over the mountains. Quiet location on the site and within a very easy 5 minute walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a ‘get-away from it all’ holiday, this is perfect ????

“We had a lovely stay over Easter.”

The caravan is spotless and perfect in every way. The view over looking the field of sheep is the most relaxing view you could possible need and I loved the decking area. Short walk to the beach was great with my dog and we were a ten minute ride to Barmouth. I will be definitely staying again.

“So again this year me and my daughter spent a fantastic wk at 206 Barmouth bay .”

. as usual the van was perfect in everyway I simply cannot fault it in any way .. we have been staying for years now .. the owner is just lovely so helpful friendly and genuine I would like to think that we are friends now as she just cannot do more to help you .. I 100% recommend this caravan it is exactly what it says on the tin .. I already hold bookings for summer 2024 .. 5 star rating from us with a 100% recommendation ..

The caravan was in a great spot with beautiful views. We had one big difficulty though.The steps leading up to the decking had no bannister so my husband who is disabled and nearly 90 had a real struggle getting in and out of the caravan..I should have made sure,but most of the other caravans had a bannister.,so I had presumed it would have one.

“We stayed at this lovely caravan for a long weekend with our 12 year old cocker spaniel & parents.”

It is very clean, has everything you could need and is a short stroll to the gorgeous beach that we had practically to ourselves. Located on the perimeter overlooking open fields to the mountains, it is very peaceful and provides for a very relaxing stay. The site is very well looked after, with a lovely heated indoor pool, well stocked shop, amusements and club which even serves Sunday carvery. There was a small problem with water pressure actually caused by a leaking pipe from another caravan but I was so impressed by how our owner responded to my query which she dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much again for an amazing stay. Neil & Tina

Few minutes walk to the beach. Amazing views of the hills. Everything you need in caravan, pots, pans etc. Will definitely be rebooking.

“We enjoyed our stay in the caravan there was 4 people myself and husband and my daughter and son in law .”

It was well equipped the only downside was we would have liked use of a BBQ and a outside table and chairs . We had a problem with the cooker but the owner very promptly sent the engineer out the next day and corrected the issue . Everything else was fine and would be planning to visit again

“I know I'm a bit late with this review but I was looking for this year and realised I hadn't left one after our visit last year.”

This is a lovely caravan with everything provided that you need. Everything was catered for. Even to games and puzzles for our grandchildren. You couldn't fault it. If it hadn't been that now our granddaughter is older and we needed an extra bedroom we'd have booked again.

Two bedroom (sleeps six) caravan, lounge area has two freestanding sofas, television with freeview, blu ray player, selection of dvds and WIFI.

kitchen has full size fridge freezer and all usual conveniences, dining area with table and chairs, master bedroom with dressing table and large wardrobe.twin bedroom, also available is a travel cot, high chair, bed guard and toddler toilet seat and step, bathroom with shower. Outside is large side and rear enclosed decking with beautiful views and outdoor furniture.

There is space to park two cars. On site there is an indoor heated pool, children’s playground, laundrette and the site has direct beach access. Next door to the site there is an arcade, shop, chip shop and pub/restaurant. Short breaks are available all year round, Monday - Friday/Friday - Monday in high season

This popular coastal holiday village lies between one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth, and the World Heritage Site of Harlech, which are all surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park.
