The property

I’m renting out a caravan on the Sunnysands site in Talybont, Barmouth. It sleeps 8 people with a double room and 2 twin room, but the sofas also converts to a double bed comfy enough to sleep on also! The site has access to a beautiful sandy beach and there’s a heated swimming pool, café, chippy, club house, shop, arcade and laundrette on site. The caravan is a home away from home and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your holiday.

All you need to bring is bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets) and towels. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin.

I hire a cleaner, so the van is fully cleaned between guests and all of the beds have mattress and pillow protectors on, again these are all changed and cleaned between guests. Barmouth is only a short car/bus/taxi journey away and there is a couple of supermarkets if you want to cook your own food and several shops for you to look round.

There’s also more beach access and plenty to do! A deposit secures your booking.

The balance just needs to be paid fully 4 weeks before you go away.

Deposit will be refunded when the caravan has been checked and the cleaner confirms there is nothing broken and the caravan is left in the same condition it was found (clean, tidy, etc). Any questions, please contact me and I will do my best to answer.

We are happy to allow dogs for an additional fee. Please note, check in is after 2pm on day of arrival and check out is before 10am on day of departure.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
