“Our third stay in this van, we visit the area every year for a football tour and each year we come back to this caravan, very comfortable, great facilities in the van such as full size fridge freezer microwave washing machine, and lots of extras to make the stay more comfortable than your average caravan - full size bed in main bedroom, comfortable bedding, WiFi, TV in bedroom etc.”

“Very prompt response from owner pre arrival and during our stay when I had a question.”

We didn't have any issues at all, the key was left as explained, van was extremely clean on arrival and there was even a box of chocolates waiting for us, my son loved that touch! The van has everything needed equipment and items needed such as washing up liquid, soap, towels, toilet roll etc and lovely that the beds were already made. A nice addition having two toilets, decking and full size beds, the double mattress was amazing, I usually suffer with other beds due to back issues but this felt like memory foam mattress. Amazingly comfortable. WiFi works well, central heating too. Caravan was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean, superb location close to facilities and even a sea view. Will be back next year for football festival ???? Thank you so much!

“Brilliant! We had a problem with the internet which was quickly solved by the owner.”

The caravan was spotlessly clean, beds made up and towels provided. Having 2 bathrooms is great for a family, even has a bath. The main bed was so very comfy, with good quality bedding. All those little extra's provided to make holidays so much better, the best equipped I have ever stayed in. Thank you Christopher for letting us stay.

“We recently stayed in this lovely caravan for a short stay with our two girls and dog.”

It is so homely and has everything you could possibly need including a bath. Location is great and just a short walk to all site facilities and the beach. The owner was so helpful and made sure we had all information we needed for our stay. My girls had such a great time they left notes for the owners saying best caravan ever. We will definitely return.

“Can't really say anything bad the caravan was very comfortable the size of the bed was amazing superking along with the ample space surrounding the bed the bathroom consists of a bath tub and a overhead shower the main lounge area consists of 2 2 seater leather sofas along with a comfortable armchair a good sized TV plus free wifi overall this is a well equipped caravan one I would highly recommend also the site caters for all ages with plenty to do for the younger person so all-round a good place for a fun filled holiday.”

Also you're experience will be highlighted by the accommodating nature of the owner's whom where very obliging with our requests nothing seemed to be any trouble so 10 out of 10 and thank you Pete & Lisa.

“We loved everything about our holiday in this caravan.”

We were emailed the details about getting the key etc from the owner in plenty of time. The caravan had everything we could need and more including treats for the dog. It was the biggest caravan we have stayed in and even has a normal double in the bedroom rather than the usual tiny double. It is also very clean and tidy. We loved the site as had everything such as pubs, food places, shop etc and if you have kids loads for them. It's also very dog friendly. The location is perfect to do the coastal walk (hike) to Aberystwyth which is less than a couple of miles or to Borth which is a beautiful walk but challenging and about 7 miles there and back. It's quite close to the club house so can be a little noisy in the evening but usually finished so didn't bother us and after walking all day nothing would stop us sleeping. Will definitely stay here again!

“We returned from this caravan yesterday, me, my partner and my mother had the best time.”

The caravan was very clean! The owner left us some snacks, milk, coffee tea and sugar. Which was lovely. Were the caravan is is the perfect spot close to all amenities. He was very prompt with replys if I had any queries. We will definitely be returning! The caravan is very very cosy!

“Great place, beautiful, tidy caravan located in best spot at park.”

Few steps to the club, pub, pool, shop.. literally 2 mins walk to the beach. Amazing views from every caravan room. Sea view, hills view, forest view... At caravan everything you need, even washing machine???? Very warm, cosy. Great for children too, many attractions and I've seen there are construction works on something new, im guessing aqua park, spa sort of thing ????Definitely will be back again soon!???????? AAA +++
