This holiday home provides a comfortable, relaxing environment for the family.
It is situated close to the entertainment and facilities on site.
( the entertainment is only on during school holidays)
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need, with a cosy dining area, The living room is spacious with a corner suite, 42" smart TV with DVD player in the cupboard underneath, with various DVDs to suit both adults and children.
There are also a few games in the magazine rack which you are free to use.
The caravan consists of, one master with a king size bed and en-suite toilet, second bed room is a twin room with two single beds.
There are drawers and wardrobes in both rooms.
Duvets and pillows provided if needed.
The living room has a pull out double sofa bed.
Minimum stay is 3 nights, maximum stay is 3 weeks.
Discounts are available when booking more than one week at a time.
We do not accept smokers, pets or groups (stag or hen parties due to site rules)
The caravan site has a sports bar, club with entertainment during the main season, an indoor swimming pool, kids indoor soft play area (this is all provided free of charge no passes needed), small arcade, and a mini-park for the kids.
It is only a 10 to 15-minute walk into the town, to the seafront and also the main train station.
The holiday site operate the onsite facilities, I only privately own the static holiday home.
We do not supply bed linen or towels, these will need to be provided by yourselves.
All we ask is that the caravan be left as when you arrive, any damages will be charged.
There is a security deposit for potential damages of £50, this will be returned after departure.
Please note that during none term time we can only accept a minimum of 6 nights, however, during low season we can accept 3 nights.
