The town of Lossiemouth is situated on Scotland’s north east coast with stunning, white sand beaches, a busy Marina and a great selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.
Lossie is within a short distance of Elgin, Cullen and Findhorn, and along the coast there are many other charming fishing villages, all with their own history and atmosphere.
Lossiemouth is popular with golfers, birdwatchers and dog walkers and anybody who enjoys a tranquil atmosphere, great scenery and a relaxed and safe environment.
If you choose to go fishing, surfing, or paddle boarding, those facilities are right on the doorstep.
In the late winter and early spring, the Aurora often makes an appearance.
Local attractions include Elgin Cathedral, Spynie Palace, Brodie Castle and Pluscarden Abbey.
The Villa is well placed within the Park in the second row which allows great views of the River Lossie, the Dunes and beyond to the sea, it is only a few minutes’ walk, along by the river, from the Park into the town.
The lounge/dining area is a comfortable and spacious environment and contains a T.V, DVD, music player, games and a plentiful supply of books.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has the additional benefits of a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and there is also a separate shower room.
Both bedrooms have T.V.’s and in the second bedroom, the two singles can be adapted to provide a comfortable double bed.
Bed linen and dish towels are supplied but please bring your own bath and hand towels.
There is a deck with table and chairs for outside dining or just to relax and enjoy the view.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at no additional cost.
