Our home from home family caravan is a fully equipped luxury 2021 Swift Bordeaux
It has a light and airy interior and is well positioned on Kingfisher in a part of the park where you will benefit from both sun and shade.
It is very spacious is 40feet long and 12 feet wide.
It is fully double glazed with central heating .
For warmer months you will find a number of fans available for your use.
It has a spacious lounge with plenty of plugs and USB ports.
The dining table and chairs sit alongside the separate kitchen area
There are French doors that open on to a Veranda which is 12feet x 6 feet so you have lots of space to chill out and relax in the open during your stay.
There is also a side decking which is 12feet x 4 feet wide leading to the main door.
You will find three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with wardrobes, plugs and USB ports.
The master bedroom benefits from a TV and has its own en-suite toilet and basin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, full size fridge/ freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster ,Air Fryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.(pods not supplied) Plus it has all the usual array of cutlery, plates ,mugs,, glasses, pots and pans etc.
The family bathroom comprises of power shower, sink and toilet and heated towel rail.
We provide free unlimited Wi Fi however please be aware that as this a woodland park the signal can be a little erratic at times especially when the park is busy
The Caravan also benefits from a state of the art Bluetooth sound system.
Instructions on how to operate the central heating system if required can be found just inside the boiler door.
For the little ones we also have available at no extra cost the use of a pushchair, high chair, travel cot, Moses basket and bed guard if required.

There are also a few games to keep the family entertained during your stay.
Outside you will find parking for two cars.
We also provide free use of outside chairs, a table and a BBQ (coals not supplied).
If you are travelling in an electric car please DO NOT plug into the Caravan electricity supply via a ‘granny charger’.
as there is a chance you could overload the system.
(Park security do make spot checks) The park has 4 electric chargers (11 kWh) in the main car park which you are encouraged to use.
Upon arrival, you will find the caravan keys in a key safe at the rear of the side decking.
The code will be provided to you just prior to your arrival.
