“Fabulous Caravan, fully equipped with everything we needed.”

Clean and very well presented, great selection of pictures and accessories, full of books, games, dvd's etc if you needed to stay in. The 'Welcome Pack' was WAY beyond anything we expected and the dog treats and toys were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated by Kira and Dakota! Great communication helped everything run smoothly and was very helpful. Many thanks to Sarah for everything - We'll certainly be booking with you again! John, Leanne, Kira and Dakota.

“We have stayed in many caravans but this was exceptional.”

Sarah always answers emails and messages quickly and is very nice and helpful. The caravan is lovely and packed with everything you need.The decor is fab and a very nice with a flowing seaside theme and the furniture and fittings are nice clean and modern.To top it all off the welcome pack was way beyond our spectations and even included a nicely wrapped bag of doggey treats with a nice squeaky bone toy.the way it was layed out with cushions, toiletries and towels looked more like a posh hotel.Overall it's the best we have ever seen and will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. If you are going to wells then make sure you stay here.Thankyou Sarah for making our holiday special.From Simon,Jo and Rosie.

“Charming Beach-hut style decor with lovely Wells’ Arts & crafts.”

Very comfy & well equipped inside & out on the deck. with items needed to prepare a meal including a selection of glasses for every tipple. Great to have a Nespresso coffee maker with coffee pods included too. The fabulous Welcome hamper included fresh basics together with delicious treats for humans & the dog. The store cupboard basics that you take for granted at home, allowed us to create meals without the need to buy absolutely everything. The holiday home was immaculate, the best we have ever stayed in. The supply of cleaning materials, allowing us keep up with the day-to day cleaning. The beds were made-up with fresh linen for our arrival, the double being extremely comfortable. Fluffy towels & lovely complimentary toiletries welcomed us as if staying in a quality hotel. Sarah’s attention to detail to create a comfortable stay for guests really gives a lovely base for a great holiday in a super location, in beautiful Wells, which we have visited many times. We hope to return very soon. Thank you.

Her attention to detail is amazing and where l always take items with me to use they were there already. The welcome basket was a surprise as it was so generous and was enjoyed by us and our family that came for the weekend. The deck was used all the time as we had fantastic weather and my 3 year old grandson loved all the toys in the lift up box. We have been coming to Pinewoods for 40 years and would say this caravan is in our top three for comfort, cleanliness, quality of bedding and how Sarah makes you so welcome. So thank you Sarah we will be back.

It felt like home from home. Very well presented, very clean!! As well as the caravan, Sarah is just amazing. Very accommodating, thoughtful and more. Couldn’t have have asked for a better host, she really does go above and beyond, so thank you!! Will definitely be visiting again, we already can’t wait. My three year old is already asking to come again.

“If you want a clean, well presented caravan in a great location just minutes from the beach, look no further.”

On top of that, Sarah has provided all the food essentials along with some personalised Xmas goodies ( 3 generations and a dog, were all catered for). As the van was all decorated for Xmas, it was a great cosy start to festivities, even if it was -7 outside.

What a welcome pack provided, even a birthday cake+candles+treats for the dogs Alfie+Elsa! I’ve been visiting Wells for the past 30 years and DUNLIN 11 is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Everything is there for a fabulous holiday,on a quiet part of the site and so close to the beach. Excellent communication with the owner Sarah.Would highly recommend this 5 star caravan .

“My family and I have been coming to PInewoods for 15 years and this is by far the best caravan we have ever stayed in.”

Wonderful welcome package (including for the little dog), and a really luxurious yet cosy feel made for a lovely weekend. Very well equipped. Literally 5 minutes from the beach and a very quiet and private location. Excellent communication for the owner (Sarah). Will certainly be booking Dunlin 11 again.

“Wow..!”

! What a wonderful welcome greeted us on our arrival at this beautiful caravan. As well as the milk bread fruit sweets chocolate, fresh flowers, the homely feel and the personal touches help you to instantly relax. This van is very well equipped, makes it easy when cooking for a family. It is immaculate clean and very comfortable. Towels and bedding provided. The shower is brilliant. The outside area is wonderful, plenty of comfortable seating, gas bbq, lots of outdoor toys for children to use plus the use of cycles..!! Communication with the owner, Sarah is very easy, lovely lady. We loved our two weeks here, can’t wait to come back soon.

“We had sunny weather and staying in such a beautiful Caravan made it such a great week.”

We were amazed at the welcome gifts when we arrived, milk, bread, eggs, wine, juice, pastries, cake, fresh flowers and even some treats for our dog. Every thing we needed was there as the caravan was so well equipped. There was a coffee maker, a lovely hot shower, towels are provided. The caravan has a lovely seaside feel to it and was spotlessly clean and well presented, with some lovely seaside themed items.We made good use of the gas BBQ on the decking area, which has plenty of comfy seating. Pinewoods is well located and the caravan is in a quiet part of the site only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Wells is also within easy walking distance. We loved the walk to the Lookout Cafe too. Sarah the owner was fantastic and so helpful, communication was excellent during our booking and stay and there was plenty of information in the Caravan. We would definitely visit again. Thank you

“What a glorious sunny week we had at pinewoods caravan site, caravan Dunlin 11.”

The mobile caravan home was more than we expected, lovley furnishing, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and great value for money. The outside balcony and garden furniture got a lot of use in the long warm summer evenings and it was a nice place for the dog to sit. The double bed was very comfortable and is the best bed I have slept on from a holiday rental. The welcoming pack was a lovley touch, it included gorgeous roses, a selection of dog treats, many food items and much more! The caravan is a short walk from the woods and beach also the beach cafe. Communication with Sarah was great and fast throughout booking, we had such a lovely time! We have booked another long break later on in the year!

“Just had a wonderful week in this very comfortable caravan, it’s home from home.”

Beautiful touch’s by the owners make it so welcoming including a welcome pack, with tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, wine & even doggy treats and much more. Communication was great throughout the booking and hand written note explained everything we needed to know on arrival. As well as being comfortable inside with an en-suite loo in the double bedroom, beautiful furnishings throughout & a very good shower room & extra loo . The decking is a great space with sun furniture & a bbq. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend booking it & I can’t wait to return.

This is our 35ft, 2 bedroomed caravan sited in a quiet spot within 2 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach and pinewoods.
