We love our caravan holiday home and we hope you will too. Situated on Pinewoods holiday park next to the beach at Wells-next-the-sea in glorious North Norfolk.
The park's location is incredibly special and ideal for exploring both the adjacent beach and the atmospheric pinewoods, and it is also only a short walk into the seaside town of Wells-next-the-sea too.
The local beaches are award-winning & dog friendly in many areas all year around.
Tern 32 has a comfortable and modern feel, with everything you need for a quality and comfortable stay. We have two bedrooms, & a convenient sofa bed in the lounge, so up to 6 people can stay.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and an ensuite toilet and shower. The bedside plug sockets incorporate USB ports so you can easily charge your phones or laptops.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe & over bed storage.
All bed linen is provided for up to 6 guests.
Our focus has always been on comfort and cleanliness. We want your stay to feel relaxing. So many of our guests stay frequently and come back year after year.

Just returned from staying 3 nights in this lovely caravan.
It was a home from home, spotlessly clean and it had everything you needed , even a hairdryer. Well maintained and in a great spot on the caravan park, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Big patio area to sit outside. We had the best time and can only highly recommend this little getaway property.

If I hadn't been to pinewoods before I wouldn't have known what to do. I had to register the car directly with pinewoods. I'd sent details to you. When I called to check I was told you had no record of my email.
Loved Pinewoods.
In a nice location by the sea. Caravan really comfortable. Even had a coffee plunger. Pinewoods is a great site. Peaceful and all we could ask of a Park Found contacting Sykes with a query very frustrating. Need to employ more humans and use fewer bots!
