We are sited on a quiet premier pitch on the park, which offers good access to the beach, the pinewoods and cycle paths through to Holkham and beyond.
When you arrive at Timpson Towers the first thing that you see is the enclosed surround decking.
You will be 'welcomed' by 12 tall pots, all with colourful grass planted, a BBQ, table, chairs and an umbrella plus 2 loungers.
Once inside you will be met with a light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and cosy living area.
The spacious kitchen boasts everything you will need for a hassle free self catering holiday.
Dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in microwave, gas hob oven with separate grill, floor to ceiling fridge freezer and dining table and chairs.
There is an extensive kitchen inventory, beyond what is required.
The iron, hoover, mop and brushes are located in the tall cupboard and you will need to provide your own tea towels.
The sitting room has 2 sofas plus 2 single chairs, and a double bed that pulls out.
There is an electric fire and central heating throughout.
There is a 49" TV, with soundbar, DVD player and freeview satellite box.
In addition to built in bluetooth speakers in the ceiling.
There is an Xbox 360 with kinnect, 2 controllers and 7 games, including 30+ Skylanders Figures.
There are 100+ DVDs for your enjoyment.
For all ages from Ice Age to Gladiator to The Greatest Showman.
Plus kids books.

A small hallway links the living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Our caravan has a family bathroom which comprises of a double shower, basin with vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail.
You will need to provide your own towels.
Bedroom two is a twin room with storage above the beds and a single wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows are provided however, you will need to bring your own linen.
(Fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases).
The twin bedroom has an innovative space-saving option, that allows you to maximise the living space by providing two single beds - one of which quickly and easily folds under the other.
This is particularly useful if your twin bedroom will mainly be used by just one person, or only when you're entertaining guests, enabling you to really get the most out of your holiday home.
There is also a wall mounted remotely controlled electric fan.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe.
There is a separate dressing table and mirror.
The master bedroom offers an ensuite with single shower, basin, toilet, heated towel rail and storage.
There is also a hairdryer and a wall mounted 40" TV with a freeview satellite box.
Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms are in place for your safety.

Due to Covid I will not be asking for a deposit at the time of booking.
I will ask that the full amount be paid in the month before you arrive.
