“This property was not clean at all, we found a multitude of rubbish and dirty underwear under the bed, a broken mirror was dangerous as it was just sellotaped together, ants crawling absolutely everywhere, we had to buy ant killer and spray immediately, they didn't return so we know that they hadn't been cleaned or sprayed by the cleaner.”
