“Caravan was dirty, hairs, stains, dust, dead insects, cobwebs everywhere!”

Fridge was broken, temperature is always too cold or too hot and milk door holder tray was broken and left inside fridge! Shower goes cold every 2 minutes and needs turning off and on to restart boiler which are both apparently ’New’. All kitchen utensils and saucepans etc are all dirty, covered in grease, stains and old food. Cups and Mugs all have tea stains at the bottom of them. All bedding was covered in hairs, dust and dead insects also. Made complaints to owner and nothing was ...

All bedding was covered in hairs, dust and dead insects also. Made complaints to owner and nothing was done, made complaint on website and now the owner as refused to give back the security bond of £50 by falsely accusing us of breaking an outdoor light which was fine when we left. Also the owner admitted on complaint thread that she was on holiday watching us whilst we was there.. stalking. DO NOT HIRE!
