“We have been staying in this lovely caravan for 7 years now, highly recommend it , you will not be disappointed, caravan is spacious, very clean, outdoor equipment/toys for the children to use, games & DVD'S, beachfront location on a great site.”

Mats is an excellent host, his communication is outstanding, he even took the time to check we were ok during storm Babet, how thoughtful. Thank you Mats & family , we always have a wonderful time even a storm doesn't ruin our stay.

“Fantastic holiday in mats caravan ,location is the best we have stayed in at Caister on sea .”

Fantastic layout of caravan with bedrooms either end which both have a shower/cloakroom so made us not all be on top of each other .Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful holiday .Owner Mats answered everything very quickly and deposit was back straight away .Cant wait to come back.

“This was the second time we stayed in a caravan on this site owned by Mats, the year before last we stayed in Ormesby and while both caravans where great this one did just pipped the other to first place.”

On arrival the caravan was clean, tidy and it was well equipped with all the things you need. The open plan living area provided plenty of space and was comfortable and nicely furnished. Having the double doors opening onto the veranda was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine while sat outside listening to the sea which was literally just over the sand dunes in front of the caravan. One major plus about this caravan is that there are bedrooms at both ends of the which was great as we were not all bumping into each other at one end. The double bed we were reliably informed was very comfortable and we slept well enough on the single beds in the second bedroom . Booking with the owner could not be easier and on the couple of occasions during the booking process when I had a query it was answered swiftly . We will be looking to book this caravan again next year and would recommend it as a lovely base for your holiday on this site.

“We had a fantastic holiday in a wonderfully modern, clean and spacious caravan in a perfect location on the beachfront whilst still being less than a 10min walk to all the entertainment, activities and facilities on site.”

Th site is also in a lovely location to visit other tourist areas in Norfolk. It was very safe and secure with young children. The caravan provided everything you need for a young family with all the modern amenities and cooking facilities at a high spec. Lovely lounge area and 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The booking process was very straight forward and easy to arrange. We would definitely stay again.

“What a wonderful holiday and a super caravan!”

!!! The caravan is modern and super clean! The living area is very spacious with open plan area containing very very comfortable settee area, tv positioned on wall for great viewing! Useful remote control fire which was great at taking away the early morning chill! Kitchen had all equipment you would need including microwave and large fridge freezer. Loved the big double doors which opened up the living area to include the veranda! We ate outside on the veranda most evenings and a couple of mornings as the weather was good. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the caravan which made moving around so much easier! No more trying to get pass each other on a tiny corridor! The main bedroom had a comfortable double with space around to walk , it also had its own toilet and shower! The 2 bedrooms at the other side were very comfortable! Deep mattresses and beds seemed bigger than other caravans I've stayed in. Another shower and toilet was next to bedrooms and a bonus. A very clean, modern and spacious caravan situated directly opposite the beach!! My family had a wonderful holiday!! Mats the owner responds to messsages straight away and ensures that everything is perfect for our holiday! Already booked for 2019! Super caravan, super location, super owner!

“Fantastic Holiday in a Luxury Caravan in a Peaceful Area of the Site, 2 minutes walk from Caister Beach.”

Booking was simple, excellent communication from Mats. Really lovely touch commodities are provided, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk Capsules, Ketchup, Brown Sauce, Mustard, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, kitchen Roll, Washing up Liquid, Cleaning Materials, & Toilet Roll, just replace if you use them up. Caravan is spotless with modern fittings & a well stocked kitchen, main bedroom has an on suite powerful shower, toilet & basin, very comfortable bed & pillows & there is a hair dryer. The two single bedrooms share the main shower, toilet & basin at the other end of the caravan. Great cloakroom to store shoes & coats,with a full size cordless vacuum, iron / ironing board etc. Outside there is Bench Seat with storage which has all you need to enjoy a day on the Beach, windbreaks, buckets & spades etc. Plenty to do on this Haven Site for the children day & night. Local Chinese & Pizza deliver to your van. Enjoy eating out / having a coffee on the enclosed veranda looking across the Dunes breathing in the Sea Air so Relaxing. Thank you Mats & Family for making our stay so comfortable & enjoyable, you have gone the extra mile. Looking forward to our booked holiday with you next year.

Luxury caravan on prime location on the beach front.

Caravan address Stalham 22 Our Caravan is a very modern 3 bedroom that sleeps 8.

One double bed in master bedroom and two single beds in the other 2 bedrooms and 2 can sleep in a sofa bed in the living room.

It is on a lovely location close to the beach but still not far away from the main entertainment area and swimming pool. The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.

It has a shower room with toilet and the main bed room has an ensuite toilet with a shower. It has a decking on the front. It has a washing machine There is a barbecue available to use but please clean it after you otherwise there will be a £10 cleaning charge. There is also garden furniture available and a few deck chairs. The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
