The property

We have a lovely homely family caravan with 3 bedrooms and the master being en-suite.

It has a veranda with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy a drink outside on a lovely summers evening.

It is immaculate inside and out, and is well looked after.

It has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and all the necessary cooking utensils that you will need.

We also have a full size washing line to enable guests to dry their clothes. We only hire our van out for a few weeks per year to cover the cost of the site fees so the caravan will not have the general wear and tear of a buisness hire caravan. We require a £75 deposit to secure your holiday booking plus £120 returnable breakage deposit which will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday dates with the remaining balance, the breakage deposit will be refunded once the van has been fully inspected.

We regret to say that smoking and pets is not allowed.

If smoking or evidence of pets being in the van is found, the damage deposit will not be returned as this will be used to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Smoking is prophibited on the veranda and decking and we have a strict no barbecue policy allowed on the decking and veranda also. Guests can arrive from 14:00pm onwards and guests must vacate the caravan by 10:00am. Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased directly at the holiday park on your arrival.

Beds can be made up for your arrival at a cost of £35 or you can choose to bring your own. The beach is right on site just a few minutes walk from the van.

There are lots to do especially for the kiddies from swimming to playing golf. We have a wii console and xbox plus a free view tv if you fancy a cosy night in infront of the tv. Sky dish and cable just bring your sky box and power lead to be able to watch all your normal sky programs. We ask for guests to leave the van how they found it to ensure that the van is kept in as lovely condition as it is.

We regret that we now only allow a maximum of 4 adults at any time.

This is due to damage that has occurred to the caravan.

We hope you choose to stay with us and look forward to hearing from you.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £125.
