The property

*LOOK AT THE CALENDAR FOR ALL AVAILABLE DATES!* Our family owned Deluxe Willerby season 3 bedroom is ideally located close to some of Caister's park amentities including club house, outdoor park, bingo hall for all the family to enjoy and a local food spot all within close reach to the lovely sanded beach.

Our spacious caravan boasts a home from home feeling complete with WIFI, ironing board, gas oven/grill, microwave oven kitchen appliances including fridge freezer plus a 43 inch 4K smart television in the living room with a separate DVD player and a 19 inch television with Freeview in the master bedroom.

Everything you will need to get settled.

Alternatively, sit outside on the veranda and table/bench.

In the main lounge there is a pull out bed to accomodate another two guests with bedding included.

The main bedroom and both twin bedrooms come equipped with fully central heating completed with modern bedding, hairdryer and wardrobe space you can expect a comfortable stay.

This caravan has two bathrooms.

One complete with sink basin, toilet and shower and a second toilet and sink.

Our caravan is well equipped for all the family with DVD's, high chair and travel cot for the little ones. This park has a lot to offer for all ages with numerous outdoor parks, 2 club houses with children entertainers and adult fun including bingo, disco and karaoke nights.

In addition there is an activity centre, sports court and indoor swimming pool.

If you choose to eat out there is a restuarant on site serving good quality food at a reasonable price all day.

However, if you prefer a comfortable night in, there is Fish and Chips and Pappa Johns on site or many chinese or indian takeaway restuarants that will deliver direct to your caravan door.

To get to Great Yarmouth it takes roughly 12 minutes by car.

Alternatively there is a local cab service or bus service which stops outside of the main reception so that everyone can go and enjoy what the place has to offer.

A £75 damage fee is now required due to recent incidents.

This will be refunded within 24 hours of you leaving and inspection having taken place.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £75.
