“Wow another amazing break staying in Matthew’s van.”

Second year visiting, We celebrated my grandsons 4th birthday. We as a family love this homely feeling van, great location, close to the beach. After a 3 hour drive we felt like we were home from home. Again I messaged Matthew on the morning of leaving , quick response with all the details. Already planning for June 2025.

Our caravan was exactly what we needed for a 3 week stay Clean comfortable and warm with all the facilities that you needed to make it feel like a home Very centrally based for the pub/ restaurant and only 10 minutes to Great Yarmouth for the bowling tournament A lovely stay and really sorry to go home

“The caravan was clean and spacious with everything available that you would need.”

It is pitched in a brilliant space with easy access to the sea front and about 3/4 mile walk into Hemsby. We liked it so much that we have booked for 2024. Everywhere is within a few car miles such as Potter Higham, Stalham, Yarmouth, Wroxham and North Walsham . Brilliant.

The property

Large and spacious 6/8 Berth Static Caravan is situated on a quiet well-kept park on an open sunny plot with a veranda.

It's an easy quick walk to a beautiful beach which has many amenities and attractions for all the family and a short drive to great Yarmouth and many Norfolk attractions. The caravan provides a main room with a double bed, two smaller rooms with two single beds available to be pushed together for a double, and a smaller double pull-out in the lounge.

There is a large TV in the lounge with a DVD player and boxed games for the children on rainy days!

With a gas heater for the cold and rainy days, too. All gas, electricity and water are included in the price of your holiday.

All pillows and quilts are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, i.e.

sheets, pillowcases, quilt covers etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday for up to 8 guests.

There is also an outdoor seating area on the veranda with 4 chairs and a table with an umbrella.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

Great Yarmouth 7 miles.

The east Norfolk village of Hemsby is split into two parts, Hemsby village and Hemsby Beach. The village offers two stores, two pub/restaurants, a hairdresser's, a number of takeaways and a regular bus service to Great Yarmouth. Beach Road leads you approximately one mile to the area known as Hemsby Beach, with a variety of cafés, restaurants and takeaways, various amusement arcades, children's funfair rides, and traditional seaside shops. The beach has miles of golden sandy coastline edged with dunes. Just 7 miles' drive and you arrive in Great Yarmouth, with beautiful sandy beaches and a mile-long promenade which you can enjoy in a horse and carriage, a charming quayside, pier with entertainment, indoor and outdoor attractions, museums, gardens, restaurants and fast food outlets. The bustling town centre offers seaside gift shops, a good general shopping centre and a traditional market.
