The lodge is situated in an exclusive area of " Kensington" it has a large garden area.
We always feel relaxed and happy to be here at our new holiday home.
A large open-planned lodge with the benefit of mature trees to one side, with sunshine on the decking in the morning and moving to the side decking in the afternoon.
The open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is very spacious and includes TV, gas fire and a well equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine.
A dining area including table and six leather dining chairs.
The lounge area has two, two seater leather reclining settees.
Double glazed windows mains calor gas central heating throughout.
There is a shower cubicle with toilet and wash hand basin en-suite in the main bedroom and a dressing room area, and a large superking bed.
All bedrooms have a TV.
A shower room with toilet and washbasin serves the other two bedrooms, both have 2 single beds.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED THEY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER.
Linen can be arranged at £45.00.
A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival with the additional security bond of £75 - this will be refunded 7 working days after departure providing the lodge is left in as good a condition as you found it on arrival and providing there are no breakages/damages or excessive cleaning required.
WE CHARGE £30 PER DOG MAX OF 2.
Our lodge is available from 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 1000 am on day of departure.

We have parking for two vehicles.
On site we have ample facilities including laundry, clubhouse with daily family activities/ entertainment which includes amusement arcade and a large open plan restaurant.
An indoor leading to outdoor swimming pool which is constantly manned - passes for the swimming/ clubhouse entry can be obtained from Reception.
Hunstanton town has an amazing amount of pubs and restaurants including many shops and amusements all 10-15 minutes walk away.
Hunstanton promenade and beach is 10 minutes walk away.
You may like to visit Sea Life centre and many children's amusements, fair ground or the leisure centre with full size swimming pool along the promenade.
There is a lovely walk across the cliff top to Old Hunstanton where you pass beautiful landscaped gardens, ten pin bowling and amusement arcades, bowling green, children's play areas, pitch and putt and footgolf.
Be sure to walk down the path by the side of the lighthouse to the beautiful beach and perhaps on the way back walk up to the Pub and relax in their wonderful gardens overlooking the sea.
Tesco supermarket is on the road opposite the entrance to the site about 5 mins away.
There is a bus service operating in the town ( or a bus stop outside Tesco ) which takes you to Kings Lynn in one direction or along the coastal path towards Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the sea etc.,
