The Caravan is sited on Newport Caravan Park, which is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and only 6 miles from Great Yarmouth where there is everything the holiday maker wants, sea life centre, pleasure beach fun fair, waterways, summer shows, bowls, tennis, restaurants, bars, theatres, firework displays on a Wednesday evening etc. Newport Caravan Park has a shop, a café, a fish and chip shop, licenced club for family entertainment and amusement arcade with the biggest prize selection in the U.k.

It is about a 15 minute walk to the main area of Hemsby which consists of many entertainment areas including an amusement park and access to many eateries and the lifeboat station.

There are also public heated swimming pools within close proximity to the park. The caravan is about 50 metres from a sandy play park.
