“Lovely caravan in an amazing location.”

The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with a one-minute walk to the pool and a two-minute walk to the beach. Emma, the owner, was really helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. We all had a great time and I would highly recommend a stay at Haven Seashore and at this caravan.

“Had such an amazing holiday staying at seashore holiday park in Emma’s caravan!”

Emma was fast with replying to any emails with any questions we had and it was super easy to check in and out! The caravan was very modern and stylish and had everything that we needed. My 1 year old absolutely loved it all, was amazing having the balcony so he could go out and play and say hi to everyone. It was very safe and toddler proof meaning we didn’t have to worry about anything! Thankyou Emma for a lovely stay and we would absolutely stay again in the future!

“Lovely stay at Seashore Haven.”

The caravan was homely. Central heating kicked in very quick when needed. The double bed was comfortable. Plenty of kitchen cooking utensils and equipment. FANTASTIC location on the Haven site - directly opposite Coast House & swimming and only 5 minute flat stroll to the Marina bar area. Great location to Great Yarmouth too. Accessible beach front walk - quite a walk to GY but doable. Emma was very quick to reply to messages sent and was helpful. The caravan was clean, although could have done with an extra hover in areas (that's down to the cleaners though not the owners). A hover in the van would have been useful to have so we could keep on top of toddler crumbs. A sweep with the sweeping brush did the trick. A nice little extra touch could be having some information in the caravan about the heating, check out, Haven site. Etc. We wouldn't need to bother Emma then ????. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

“Great caravan In a perfect spot, literally 30 seconds walk to restaurant/bar area.”

And quick access to the beach. Only thing missing were some seating for the decking, wasn't a problem as we used our camping chairs that we had with us. Would definitely use again if we are stopping in great yarmouth.

“Lovely caravan, with everything you could need, even down to an iron.”

Veranda that is in the sun all day. Comfy beds, and a brilliant shower that felt like a power shower which unusual in vans. 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the water park and coast house. Also only 2 mins away from the cart and bike hire shed. Clean on arrival. Lovely van highly recommend.

“Excellent caravan, brilliant location to all entertainment, shops, bars, eateries and onsite facilities.”

The beds were all very comfortable and the shower was really good too. The best caravan as a family, we have hired by far. The owner was excellent and very speedy with communication. The Direct access to the beach was ideal too and a very short walk from the caravan.

“Really lovely caravan in ideal spot right next to the water park !”

Beds were really comfortable we all slept great . Everything was clean and great size for our family of 5 . Slightly confused that there was a hairdryer attachment in the main bedroom but no hair dryer and no loo roll . But not a major problem will just make sure to bring our own next time . My children really loved the water park and the amusements . Definitely coming back next year .

“Communication before arriving was good.”

We did arrive to an unclean caravan but this was dealt with very quickly, the cleaning was done to a high standard. It's a lovely caravan with everything that you could need. It's situation in a lovely part of the site 2 minute walk to pool and restaurant, and about a 5 minute walk to the main pavilion. Lots to at Seashore site, though we were quite late getting our passes sorted from Haven (you have to buy these's separately) that most of activities were booked up. But we still had a lovely holiday!! Would visit again!

“Just got back fron Emmas lovely van, this is the second year we have been.”

Already booked for next year too. Lovely big van, plenty of room, clean and immaculate. Fridge freezer is a god send as buying out is too expensive all the time. The cooker wouldnt turn off,, Emma arranged for someone to come and make sure it was safe. Then a gas engineer came first thing in morning to fix it. Less than 12 hours from when I text her to when it was fixed. Highly highly recommend this van, quite area yet short walk from clubs, shop, and beach

Was very easy to check in rooms all made up on arrival and was nice and clean. Situated in a great spot on the park 2 min walk to the beach, coast house and pool literally 30 second walk from the caravan and perfect for kids at night time as it’s situated in a very quiet area. Communication from the owner is fantastic, emailed all information to me before our journey and we could go straight caravan enter the keys safe code and start our holiday. Will definitely be booking another holiday at seashore with this owner again. Thanks you so much :) x

The property

Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan situated in the middle of Seashore Haven resort, right by the pool complex and a couple of minutes walk from the main reception and entertainment.

The caravan has a nice spacious living room/ Kitchen area with seating area for up to 8 people and a brand new smart TV. A toilet and shower room, master bedroom with en-suit, Two single bedrooms with twin beds and a single fitted wardrobe in each room. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobe, mirror and small dresser and bed side cabinets either side a standard double bed. The plug sockets in the bedrooms also support a usb fitting. With every booking the cost is for the caravan hire only and doesn't include any of the fun passes for the entertainment on the park.

These you will have to buy from the reception at the Haven resort when you arrive.
