“The most disgusting caravan I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.”

. The smell was terrible. The Teflon was coming off the oven sheet which is hazardous to health. The pillows and duvets were fit for the bin, stained and one looked remarkably like blood spots. Shall I go ????? First and last time I ever use this website.. contacted owner who wasn’t interested!!!! Beware !

The customer has raised concerns about the condition of the caravan, mentioning smelly odours and dirty dishes. It's important to note that my cleaner, who I've trusted for many years, has always been diligent and reliable. Beyond being a reliable cleaner, she's also become a valued friend. When the customer mentioned a baking tray, I promptly offered to reimburse her, but unfortunately, she did not follow up on that. Both my cleaner and I were dismayed by the customer's accusation. My cleaner assures me that the caravan was left impeccably clean, with a fresh fragrance and no dirty dishes were left behind. I have been fortunate to host many families over the years, and they have been returning regularly, which leads me to believe that the customer's claims may not be accurate. I am genuinely committed to ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all my guests. Property Owner
