The carevan was nice but the travel cot my grandson was ment to sleep in was stained so bad we could not use it there was work men that turnt up y we was there witch I fill is not on at all if I wanted work done y I was on holiday I would have stayed at home I don't think it's all what it's made out to be I think a lot of think should have bean cleaned and left spairs of bedding and nothing was left I think for the money that was paid for it it's not worth that at all not the correct cooking stuff nothing I would stay on the sight but in a different carevan
You reported nothing to me about the travel cot being stained or about work men turning up. There’s been no work carried out at the caravan . So this is lies
You didn’t contact me atall about any problems with the caravan.
You did contact me 2 days in to your stay asking to book for June for another 10 days .
So if you was so unhappy why would you want to book again ?
And then the next day you contacted me again asking me to provide you with play passes or pay for your play passes for £256 which I said I can’t provide you with play passes as they’re not included.
After I told you this I never heard back from you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything plus extras . Including a plumbed in water filter. Coffee machine and many saucepans.
So not sure what you’re looking for.
You’ve obviously left this bad review because you weren’t happy that I wouldn’t pay for your play passes when you contacted me .
No owner provides play passes or will pay for your passes .
Any problems you should have contacted me for me to put it right.
