“We have just had a wonderful week in Kim and Dean's wonderful caravan.”

It had everything we needed and more. Lots of lovely little extras. It is immaculate and spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for more. The site is well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is only a very short walk to the beach with it's beautiful sunsets. We very much enjoyed visiting the house and gardens at Sandringham and also Norfolk Lavender.

It had so many extras, for a family with young children keeping them occupied is hard but they had plenty to do with the arcades, they enjoyed the Lego blocks and loved the activities. Caravan was perfect, everything we needed we had! Will definitely come back :) it was so spacious and clean, close to everything on site. Thank you so much!

“We have just returned from a really enjoyable few days in Kim and Dean's wonderful caravan at Heacham Beach, It is an absolutely lovely caravan, very luxurious with lots of extra little touches to make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.”

We loved wandering down to the beach some evenings to watch the sunset and some evenings sat outside the Clubhouse on site having a drink. We also enjoyed visiting Norfolk Lavender and Sandringham. We are so looking forward to visiting again in September.

“Just home from a fantastic 4 night break in this lovely caravan.”

This caravan is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a great home from home experience. It has lovely extras too like dog treats, duck food, tea and coffee if you forget. We never used anything kitchen wise as ate out and had takeaways. The king size bed is very comfortable too and a good size bedroom. The location of this caravan is ideal if you enjoy the beach. We had lovely beach walks early morning and evenings and good sunsets. Would definitely come again. Kim is quick to respond to emails and answers all questions .

“Lovely appointed caravan.”

Very comfortable. So close to the beach, ideal for our 2 dogs. We only used the balcony area once, due to the weather conditions, but very well kitted out. Enjoyed the daily duck visits and owner kindly provided food for them. Dog treats and bowls also in situ. WiFi works well.

Lots of nice little touches, duck food in the cupboard, DVDs and board games in the cupboards, all bedding and linen provided. Van is fully equipped and is situated very close to the beach. We hope to visit again in the new year. 10/10.

Excellent location to walk to the beach. The caravan was pretty small for 3 adults and 4 children with not much space in the bedrooms. However, this is minor and we had a wonderful holiday makings lots of memories ????????????

“Lovely stay with everything you would need for your stay.”

The accommodation was very clean. More suitable for a family, I only say this because the twin bedrooms are very tight on space so more suitable for children or a max of one adult per room. The accommodation was cozy on a very wet and windy day with plenty of dvds to watch. It would be useful in the arrival information to have a map of the site to make finding the accommodation easier to find.

“Spent an enjoyable 4 days with the Grandchildren.”

There was plenty of activities to keep them happy, they spend loads of time in the heated swimming pool and enjoying the entertainment in the Boathouse. Snettisham wildlife park was a couple of miles away where we were able to feed the deers, goats and pig! The caravan was tip top, we had a lovely holiday!

My grandson aged 6 was thrilled with all the games and toys. Fabulous decking area to sig znd relax.. take some duck food as they come looking at breakfast time. “We stayed here with our 3 grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.”

Everything we required was provided in the caravan which was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The parks facilities were great including the nice warm swimming pool, and the clean safe beach was just a couple of minutes walk. The park and surrounding area was safe for the children who had a great time. We have booked to return in the summer holidays!

We had great time. The caravan was clean and lovely and the site is fantastic. The kids enjoyed swimming at the site pool, the entertainment in the evening and feeding the baby ducks that wonder round the site. Definately reccomend. Thank you
