Our Three bedroom holiday caravan sleeps eight and is equipped with three bedrooms; one double bedroom, and two with single beds which can be put together to make a double bed.
There is also the seating area in the lounge which can accommodate additional sleeping.
Pillows, duvets and blankets are available in the bedrooms but guests will be required to provide their own sheets and towels or these can be hired from the holiday park.
We also provide extras such as a hoover and general cleaning materials.
The lounge has a gas fire, TV (freeview)
All bedrooms have either freestanding oil radiators or halogen heaters available.
Outside there is a veranda with patio table and chairs.
A personal tarmac parking bay is situated right outside the caravan.
A full inventory of kitchen equipment includes everything needed to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full blown Sunday roast using the gas oven, grill, hob, microwave and fridge.
The lounge/dining area, kitchen, shower room and toilet and hallway complete the accommodation.
It is available for weekly March to November.
All gas and electricity costs are included.
Well behaved and trained pets are welcome.
You may wish to eat in the clubhouse which sells a range of fast food, or lovers of pub food can walk to the local hostelry which is only a stones throw away.
The park has a beautiful sandy beach outside the main gates within easy walking distance, or you can go for a swim in the heated indoor pool which is fully supervised at all times by trained lifeguards for your family's safety.
Also, there is Boathouse Tavern which has a licensed bar and fast food facilities, the clubroom has evening entertainment including bingo, disco dancing, party games and live bands and comedians during peak season.
A more relaxed programme is available at other times with a dart board, pool table and amusement arcade within the complex.

The Sparky Krew club looks after children aged from five to eleven with a range of events hosted by the resort entertainment team, they even have their own clubhouse.
Heacham is nestled in the quiet West Norfolk countryside and is the ideal place for walking, cycling and bird watching.
Alternatively, take the short journey to the seaside resort of Hunstanton where you can relax on the beach, ride the funfair, enjoy the amusement arcades or take the kids crabbing in the salty rock pools.
If you want to venture out by road, local attractions include Royal Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, the Sea Life Centre, Tichwell bird sanctuary, Holkham Hall, the North Norfolk railway and Castle Rising and the beautiful North Norfolk coast which is within easy driving distance along with the historical port town of Kings Lynn.
