It has good WiFi capable of streaming and gaming which is rare on Kelling, and is very popular with the kids and adults alike!.

It is a quiet, sunny.

premium plot, popular with our guests.

In an area of outstanding natural beauty and SSI. Suitable for all year use, with central heating and double glazing.

It’s one of the highest specifications available on site,.

It’s very spacious, open and airy and at 45x23ft it’s over 1k sq foot in size, a double unit.

It’s on a sunny plot, in mixed heathlands, with heathers, gorse, brooms, and open woodlands, and in summer, you will not need the lights on until the sun sets.

The sun sets here are beautiful, and the lodge is located close to the designated ‘’dark skies at night’ site, and therefore as you would expect the stars at night are a delight to be seen.

The lodge has a sky light in twin bedroom 2, popular with star gazers.

It benefits from easy access to the 300 acres of footpaths on your doorstep, ideal for safe bike riding (bike hire available at huff and puff), dog walking, etc.

You can hear the steam train in the distance, and walk the heathlands paths, and take in the main view points, enjoy waving at the steam trains passing.

There are lovely sea views, views over Weybourne, it’s a good circular walk to Kelling’s village square, absolutely ideal for investigating the site upon arrival if you have time to spare.

There are various routes from the lodge to the amenities and the quickest is just 5 mins on the tarmac via the blue camping field ideal to pick up the paper, or an early swim.

There are walks suitable for everybody. The lodge is described by guests as..…”well equipped”, “home from home”, ’stunning’, ‘has comfy beds’., and our favourite of all guests “would love to return’, and many are regulars booking every year,.

’Take a look at our 5* online reviews and the photos.

It has a fully enclosed secure garden, and secure decking, making it safe for little ones both kids and dogs alike.

Plenty of parking on the shingle drive by lodge.

Tarmac surfaced roads to village square ideal for all family members just 2 mins by car or 5 mins walking.

The garden path is paved and the garden is laid to lawn and has rear privacy ideal for a quiet read or sun bathing.

Whilst it is very sunny plot you can usually find a shaded area too. The master suite is a feature, as it’s particularly roomy for a lodge, it has a king size 4k spring natural wool mattress, it’s orthopaedic, our guests often say it’s very comfy, it’s en-suite with a roll top bath, radiator, and separate WC and washroom cloak with radiator.

There is plenty of storage with two separate wardrobes, full sized mirror, dressing table,, and bed side Cainets and of course a smart TV.

There is a Dyson fan.

Hair dryer,, straighteners.

The bedroom has a radiator, always snug and warm (3 in total in bedroom with en-suites).

Bedroom two is suitable for adults, is a good size and has two wardrobes.

The family shower room (discussed in facilities above) is adjacent acting like a second en-suite.

The garden is laid to lawn, with heather flower beds at their best in August, and lavender hedge.

The garden is fenced all around by a 90cm high fence, secured with gates.

The decking is protected by gates, to protect the stairways, ideal for baby, child or pet security.

The rear garden of the lodge has a very private area, being tree and gorse lined.

ideal for sun bathing, reading , relaxing, or BBQ.

There is good quality wooden garden furniture set for six, with parasol.

and/or a picnic table. Weybourne valley, and steam railway within a 10 mins walk. Deer, squirrels, hares, and many birds visit especially the Jays and buzzards, that like to hop on to the verandas. FRIDAY/MONDAY CHANGEOVERS in peak times.
