Recently fitted new shower in the main shower room with toilet and hand basin.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite toilet with hand basin.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a hanging wardrobe.
There is an option to hire linen when you book which comprises duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets, towels, flannels and tea towels.
If you choose to bring your own linen etc.
we still provide duvets and pillows for all beds with mattress and pillow protectors.
Dining table and chairs are provided in the kitchen area.
There is a TV and separate DVD player and an electric fire in the living area.
The recently refurbished porch completes the accommodation.
The plot is in a great location to access the village centre a 5 min walk away.
You may bring up to two dogs (depending upon breed).
There is a newly fenced, fully enclosed grass area for your pets in front of the van.
The veranda area is also fully dog-secure.
The eco-friendly park is set in 300 acres of woodland and heathland in an area of outstanding beauty, with the North Norfolk heritage railway having its own stop on site which can take you to the Victorian town of Holt and also through Weybourne to the beautiful seaside resort of Sheringham.
The nearest beach at Weybourne being only 2 miles away, you and the family can enjoy both beach and nature days.
With plenty of activities for children such as nature walks, pond dipping and other fun and educational activities, there truly is fun for all the family.
