Beechcroft is a fantastic retreat for people of all ages and a great base for exploring all that north Norfolk has to offer, including the coastline and a great local pub only a 5-minute drive away.

It is part of the 5* rated Kelling Heath Holiday Park and is only a 2-minute walk from the park's hub, which has a variety of services including a luxury leisure complex. Enter the home through the front door into an expansive purpose-built Porch, which is ideal for boots after a muddy walk or even towels after a day at the beach! From the porch, enter the Living Area/Kitchen, which has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave.

There is also a dining table that can comfortably accommodate four people, with stool seating for two more. The lounge room includes comfortable seating for six people and a TV. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, wardrobe storage, a bedside cabinet, and lamps.

Bedroom 2 features two single beds (2??3?), a wardrobe, along with a single bedside table and lamp.

The Family Bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

Extras Kelling Heath is a 5* woodland resort with plenty of activities, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, pub and pizza restaurants, as well as a shop and regular events.

Located just a few minutes drive to the busy tourist hotspots of Holt and Sheringham, as well as miles of wide, sandy beaches!

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
