Nestled along a tranquil road within the renowned 5-star Kelling Heath park, this retreat is just a brief 5-minute drive away from the nearest beach.
You can have a drink of wine in the cosy living room or soak up the rays on the south-facing veranda, which overlooks the enormous woodland.
This property is completely enclosed, giving it a safe retreat for both children and dogs.
The surroundings are serene, with abundant wildlife to admire.
If you enjoy stargazing in the evenings or waking up to the sounds of birds in the mornings, Stonechat is the ideal vacation home for you.
For the more adventurous, there are numerous walking and cycling pathways just outside your door, as well as fishing options.
In addition, there is an on-site leisure complex, pub, cafe, and village shop for your amusement and convenience.
Stonechat can be accessed through the porch door which is accessed from the front decking up a set up steps.
Once through the porch, where you can find general housekeeping items such as brushes, a clothes horse, dog bowl, you enter through the main property door into the kitchen/diner/lounge.
This room is spacious and beautifully modern with intricate decor and contemporary colours and a chic vibe.
The kitchen offers a coffee machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and large pantry as well as seating for 4.
The lounge is closer to the patio doors which lead out to the south facing decking and is furnished with comfortable seating for 4, a fireplace and smart TV.
There are 2 large, cosy chairs on the decking with a table to enjoy leisurely evenings and slow mornings from.Stonechat is a good size, private plot with plenty of surrounding mature bushes and trees.
The outside space offers a large wooden table with seating for 4 as well as 2 lovely, large decking chairs to relax on.
The decking for Stonechat faces south and enjoys plenty of sun throughout the year.
This plot is fully enclosed, making it ideal for dogs and children.
There is a BBQ to the rear of the property which guests are welcome to use.
There is parking for multiple cars on the plot.
From the kitchen, guests can access the 2 bedrooms, family bathroom an en-suite.
Bedroom 1 is a king size bed with ample storage and a dressing table.
There is a walk-in wardrobe which also leads to the en-suite bathroom which has a bath, overhead shower, WC and wash basin as well as plenty of shelving for storage.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with cupboard space and mirror.
The family bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin with storage.
