Ideal for those seeking a woodland retreat, Squirrels Chase is only a brief 5-minute drive from the beach and just a few more minutes from the charming towns of Holt and Sheringham.
Enter into Squirrels Chase through the front door which leads straight into the large open plan lounge, kitchen/diner.
To the right guests will find a built in bench with hanging space for coats and room for storing shoes.
The lounge has a large corner sofa and an armchair together with TV, electric log burner and coffee table.
Moving towards the kitchen, there is a good size island for preparing hearty meals or quick snacks from.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
There is also a large dining table with seating for 6.
This large open plan space boasts 2 double patio doors which lead out to a large alpine style balcony deck which has a lounge area with sofas as well as a dining space with table and chairs.
Off the open plan space is a corridor that leads to the family bathroom, and 3 bedrooms.
The modern family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 boasts a king size bed, an in built wardrobe with mirrored doors and an ensuite with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 features a king side bed with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with a built in wardrobe.
Squirrels Chase is located on a very peaceful and private plot at Kelling Heath.
There is a wonderful under cover balcony decking with lounge furniture and dining space, alongside a welcoming front garden and an enclosed back garden which has a gate leading to an area of open space that is great for running around on.
There is private parking on the plot for at least 3 cars.
WiFi is also available at the Lodge but please note we cannot guarantee speeds or reliability.
