If woodland retreats are your thing, then this property is ideal as it sits amongst mature trees and overlooks a valley with plenty of wildlife. Two Hoots is situated just a 10 minutes drive from both Holt and Sheringham town centres, making it a great base to visit and experience all that Norfolk has to offer! The park boasts indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well as a pub, 4 playgrounds, fishing pond, bug hotel, plenty of wood and heath walks as well as many events and festivals throughout the year. A great place to stay for all ages! Parking off road parking for 2 cars. Garden decking area with comfortable outdoor sofas and views of valley (deer are regular visitors!).

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy.
