    “The location and holiday village was great.”

    The bar and restaurant was very welcoming and served great food. The caravan was clean and well equipped. The biscuits and dog treats were a lovely touch. The torches were a god send we would have been lost without them. We did have a great time exploring the local area, there is so much to see.

Welcome to Fawn Lodge Retreat. The lodge is set in beautiful Woodlands at Kelling Heath Holiday Park with lots to do on site. The lodge sleeps up to 6 people and you can stay with 2 pets. There are miles of woodland and heathland trails for walking and cycling or simply enjoying the diverse range of wildlife and the many species of birds.

Kelling Heath also offers a range of recreational and leisure facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts. Get close to nature and experience the unique environment of Kelling Heath at your own pace, and go home refreshed and relaxed. The Plot The Main door and patio doors lead to a good size decking with seating.

Plot and decking are fully fenced and secure, ideal for pets.

Can hold 2 cars comfortably.

Plot is tucked away surrounded by trees, next to a nature pond and plenty of woodland walks. The Lodge A 2 bedroom lodge that sleeps up to 6 people.

We have a King Size bed, 2 full size single beds and a double sofa bed. There is a on-suite bathroom to the main bedroom with toilet, bath and shower, there is also a main bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle. It has an open plan living/ dining area with patio doors and a fully fitted kitchen.

This includes Oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Crockery, cutlery, and glasses are provided. Linen (excluding towels) provided at no extra charge. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages. Within easy travelling distance are National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, the seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer and the city of Norwich.
