Step through the front door into a cosy entrance hall that guides you to the heart of the home, the open-plan living area and kitchen/diner, or leads you to the family bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms.
The living space offers very comfortable seating for 4 guests, including a stand alone arm chair and large corner sofa.
There is a TV with DVD player, storage for games and holiday essentials as well as a lovely view out to the small decking area reached via the patio doors.
The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up home-cooked meals, complete with ample cupboard space, a gas hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and a full set of utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for four, perfect for meals or games with loved ones.
A hallway off the kitchen leads to two bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The family bathroom offers a shower, WC and wash basin.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, generous wardrobe and shelf space, and an en-suite with WC and wash basin for added convenience.
The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends, offering two comfortable single beds and built-in storage to keep things tidy.
