Our newer van is now located on CO- OP side of Golden Sands Holiday park, we invite you to book and stay in this modern, spacious holiday home, you can pull up and park alongside the caravan, walking up the 3 steps onto the large 'L' shaped deck with a catch lock gate you know you have made the right choice!
Bright, airy caravan with large living area, a modern kitchen with family size double oven complete with extractor fan and microwave oven, a full size integrated fridge/freezer and a dishwaher.
In the cupboards everything you need to prepare the family meal, inc Tassimo hot drinks maker-(bring your own selection to enjoy coffes/ hot chocolate or your choice of teas)
Looking round in to the front room you'll instantly notice 2 comfy chairs and huge sofa, dining table seating 6, there's a 55" HD tv.
The caravan has been tastefully decorated for that family, homely feel.

A door separates the bedroom/ bathroom area ensuring a quiet sleeping zone for the kids!
Each of the 3 bedrooms offer a wardrobe with ample hanging space, drawers and further storage cupboards.
there is a lit dressing table with luxury memory foam sprung mattress and kings size bed.
Bedroom 2 & 3 offer wall mounted tv.
1 full size single bed in each room and 1 2ft 8 wide bed.
A family sized large shower and toilet- plus a separate large ensuite shower & toilet, hairdryer in master room.
We invite you to relax and enjoy your stay, we will supply the bedding fresh for your arrival, don't forget bring your own towels/ tea towel/ toilet roll.
We supply some essential items at the start of your holiday, dishcloth, bin bag, scourer.
It is fully centrally heating with the added luxury of thermastatic radiators in each room and double glazing.
We face the sea, located very closely to the beach pathway, there is front opening patio door to get you on the spacious decking.
We now are on gas bottles.
Respectful families are very welcome!
In the outside storage box there are bucket and spades nets to name a few items- even a picnic set /cool bag and mat!
There is high chair for your little person and a travel cot suitable upto 12 mths that fits in the master bedroom!
The Maximum number of persons allowed is 6 plus a baby- this is for your comfort, i will ask at the time of booking for details.
PLEASE-NO smoking inside the caravan- ashtrays provided for outside use only- if found to have been smoking inside your £75 security deposit will be forfeited.
Full size seating on decking, there is a bench outside the door for that morning sun-ashtrays are provided for outside use only.
We think we have covered everything you need to have and need to know about your caravan holiday, if I have missed something just ask, it might be there and I have forgot to mention it!
Prices exclude the registration fee/ wristbands-these must be purchased from Golden Sands reception when collecting the keys giving you registration to the park, access to the swimming pool, kids clubs and evening entertainment.
I do take this into consideration when quoting your for YOUR holiday price.

£50 secures your booking, I can take monthly payments or in full 4 weeks before stay, bank transfer is preferred.
I am happy to talk about your budget and we will be as accommodating as possible.
I can offer full & part weeks, change overs Saturday, Monday or Friday, If you want a different date from the start days shown- drop me an email and I will price the holiday, I have an amazing and flexible cleaner so any start day is possible.
Owners & guests booked directly with park can bring a dog , so you will see pets on site from this year, this van is however pet free.

Golden Sands is now part of Away resorts, has a fantastic family feel about it, with kids clubs, evening entertainment, large outside activity play area and football cage, refurbished and extended arcade indoor pool and junior splash pool.
They have revamped the food menu, drink options and a new chippy!
Weekend markets are within a short walk as well as a choice of funfairs.
Even Asda can be reached on foot approx 15 mins, Less than 1 minute easy access to the large sandy beach which is also excellent for beach fishing!
Equipment can be hired locally- just ask.
