“Disappointing stay with dog.”

The caravan itself was find - but we had several issues with the shower & toilet and after several fallouts we were told by the caravan site that the owners had rang them and said we were turning it off in order to get a free stay!! We were absolutely fuming - thus couldn't be further from the truth. It turned out to be the caravan next door to us - but we recieved no apology. Second it was the hottest week - and only found out when we arrived that the windows don't work so it was absolutely boiling inside the caravan all week. If we had known this prior, we wouldn't have booked. Lastly we had to clean the bathroom on arrival as there were hairs around the loo & shower. It was a disappointing stay and a caravan we would not return to.

“Beautiful caravan, lovely and clean with a well-equipped kitchen including sundries for drinks.”

Good Wi-fi, Tv, and lots of games. Hairdryer and toiletries Fantastic setting overlooking the seafront, with some absolutely stunning views right from the front window. Great sitting out in the comfy chairs on the secure decking and watching the sunsets, We have some amazing pictures. Raj and Vidya were just a phone call away and were very friendly and helpful when we had a wee problem, sorting it out immediately for us. Thank you so much for our wonderful family holiday, Will be back next year Xx

We absolutely love it. Have visited golden sands many times as a child with my parents and siblings. We are planning our 3rd trip for next summer. My grandson actually has bags packed which we can't touch because they are for his " beach house". Vidya is extremely friendly and approachable, lovely to do business with. “Just returned home from a fabulous weeks stay.”

My 95 year old dad wanted a holiday by the beach and we could not have asked for a better location, stunning sea views from the secure seating/decking area made even more special as we picked a week when the weather was fantastic!! The caravan itself was beautiful and clean with everything you could need to feel relaxed and at home. The owners Raj and Vidya were excellent from first contact, I initially booked before I knew if I could get the time off work because I did not want to miss out but Raj was was kind enough to hold onto the booking while I sorted the this and was only a phone call away if needed. I will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends….thank you for a fantastic holiday we will deffo be back.

Caravan had seating area and secure decking facility to stop dogs getting out on road or loose. Wi fi and everythink u need inside caravan to make it home from home..owners was fantastic from my first point of contact to departure. Always at end of phone if need help and securing moneys and buy with confidence now I've stayed in this amazing caravan in Towyn. Won't go nowhere else now found this caravan and really nice n helpful owners. Nothink too much trouble... Thank you for giving us a fantastic bank holiday weekend...... The view from the caravan is amazing. Such a fantastic plot!. We could sit on the decking and watch the boys on the beach. Caravan is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Owner had good communication with us too.

“We took our two grandchildren, aged 5 & 4 for a week’s break.”

The caravan was very clean, spacious and contained everything we needed. The patio area had good furniture and the gate made it secure when the two boys we playing outside. We needed to contact the owners two times with minor questions; they were always very friendly and very helpful. We found the owners really friendly and helpful from the time we made our initial enquiry. Perhaps the biggest bonus for this caravan was the view over the beach and sea from the front window; this was spectacular, especially the wonderful sunsets. The site itself was quiet and felt very secure. We did not make use of any of the site’s facilities and so cannot comment on these. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in booking this caravan again in the future.

“We stayed as family of 3 at this caravan for a few nights and it was lovely.”

Excellent location and the Seaview was breathtaking (and the sunsets too) The caravan was very clean, spacious and comfortable. A very safe space for our 2 year old. Gate on the decking so we sit outside together. We could park our car next to the Caravan also. We contacted the owners (Raj and Vidya) with a query and they got back to us straight away and helped us. They were very friendly, polite and made us feel very welcome. The Caravan park was very quiet and secure. Fish and Chip shop on site, food was lovely. Bus stop near the site with regular buses. Asda is also a short walk away. We're definitely going back! Myself and my family had a great time, caravan was clean and adequately equipped. Netflix and Wifi was a super bonus for our older children. Raj and his wife very responsive and dealt with any queries that we had. Would love to revisit and would definitely recommend to all.

“Beautiful caravan located on the sea front.”

Located in a great area on the park as also just a very quick walk to the park, chippy and other facilities which is great with a toddler who no longer uses a pram. Caravan super clean on arrival with some books and games under the tv which my little girl loved. WiFi available and worked perfectly. Owners really friendly and quickly dealt with or answered any queries we had. Lovely decor and plenty of space. Two toilets which is great and lots of storage space. Couldn’t beat the views in the morning and night waking up on the beach. Deposit returned quickly after departure. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

“I/we stayed at this caravan from 14 Sept - 17 Sept 2020, we are regular visitors to Wales, especially at Golden Sands, Kinmel Bay, the caravan is a beautifully appointed accommodation, where it sleeps 8, it was bright, clean and tidy, as well as roomy, it was situated at the sea front overlooking the Irish Sea.”

Our hosts Vidya and Raj were wonderful, where they ensured the experience of staying in their van was worthwhile, offering information on what we would need and further advice, the only request was that we respected the caravan and kept it clean which I hope we did. I have no reservations in recommending the Caravan or the hosts to any future visitors to Wales, where you will not be disappointed, I would definitely book again. David Ockerby

“Good size, clean caravan with lovely location on the sea front enjoying superb views (you are so close to the sea, when the tide is in, it feels like you're on a boat!”

). It is a good base for exploring the North Wales coast, only 25 min from Conwy & Llandudno for example. Interior is nothing posh but we were comfortable and felt relaxed with 2 very young children. Excellent communication with friendly and helpful owners and deposit returned swiftly with no hassle. Site is OK but didn't use any facilities apart from outside playground. All in all, a good experience and would recommend.

“Lovely clean and well presented comfortable caravan.”

What made it in our opinion is its location and the amazing views. Our son loved the kids play area on site and we also bought passes to go swimming. Communication with the owners was great and they were very helpful. I understand that a decking area outside is to be built shortly which would make it perfect for sitting out on summer evenings watching the sun set. I would highly recommend staying here.

“Amazing location right overlooking the beach.”

Well equipped. Very clean. Helpful and friendly owners. Easy access to all amenities and the beach just outside the door. Beautiful sunsets to watch every night. Went with my 9 year old daughter and 84 year old mother and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. Only reason 9/10 was the absence of Skytv and wifi but that is being installed. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend.

Prestatyn 4 miles; Colwyn Bay 14 miles.

Rhyl is a seaside resort nestled between Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay along the North Wales coastline. Rhyl has golden beaches that stretch for six miles along the coast. The centre of Rhyl provides numerous activities to enjoy such as the Seaquarium. There is a Crown Green bowling Centre, miniature golf, tennis, squash courts, go karts, arcades, and Botanical Gardens. A sheltered harbour allows access to numerous water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or further afield you will find white water rafting, climbing and caving, and the renowned Offa’s Dyke walking trail, just down the coast in Prestatyn which is a four mile drive or a three mile walk if you fancy leaving the car at home.
