The second has 1 single bed offering lots of space and storage.
Both bedrooms come with TV/DVD player
The second also has space for a travel cot or Childs chair bed both provided free of charge
A fully fitted kitchen, with large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all essential utensils.
The lounge offers a pull-out double bed, gas fire, TV, Wii games console + games, huge selection of DVDs and games, free WIFI and stunning sea views.
There is a dining room table with 4 chairs.
A booster high chair can also be provided free of charge.
There is 1 bathroom with lovely power shower, the bathroom has two access doors one from Main bedroom the other from hallway.
The HUGE advantage of this Caravan is the STUNNING 150sqft Decking area that looks straight onto the beach and sea with NO restrictions, lots of our door seating for you to take in the amazing views.
The decking area is totally secure with access only from inside the caravan.

Along with the attractions that are offer on site which include, SWIMMING, RESTAURANT, LARGE BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT AREA, NEWLY REFURBISHED ARCADE AREA, OUTDOOR PLAY AREA, FOOTBALL PITCH, CHIPPY.
There are 2 funfairs within walking distance, regular local markets and car boots, lots of arcades.
The direct coastal path offers lovely sea view walks and cycling .
Local supermarket is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk along the coastal path.
Plenty to do and visit in the local area or enjoy a trip out to local places such as Conway, Llandudno and Snowdonia.
Fantastic local bus services.
PLEASE NOTE that the prices DO NOT include the registration fees/passes that are required to be purchased by the park, this fee can be discussed when we know the total number in your party as the prices set by the park vary.

There will be a £50 non refundable deposit which must be received within 48hrs or the booking will be let go.
With full payment required 4 weeks before arriving.
If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks before the date of your booking, full payment must be made and is non refundable.
There is a £50 damage bond that will be added to your booking this will be returned to you within 7 days of your holiday if there are no issues.
Minimum 3 night stay
You may arrive at the caravan from 3pm on the day of your arrival and checkout is 10am on your day of departure.

Please note these times must be adhered to and cannot be changed as this caravan is very busy with bookings and we need the time to prepare the caravan for our guests
