“Unfortunately upon arrival at the caravan at 4.”

30 pm it was obvious that the van hadn’t been cleaned nor the beds changed. Phoned the owner, Ben , and after a phone call to his cleaner there had been a misunderstanding. The cleaner couldn’t come until 8pm so we had to go out until she had been, finally got in the van at 9.15 at night which with 3 children wasn’t ideal….also I wasn’t told that it would cost another £100 to register when we arrived at the park, this was charged whether or not we wanted to use the clubhouse ...

Hi Alex. We of course reiterate our apologies for the miscommunication as regards the cleaning date. Never happened before but nevertheless, the fact that you were affected was regrettable. Thanks for your comment about the curtain hooks. We weren’t aware of this. At the start of the summer there were no issues with them, but with regular guests, there are unfortunately small things like this that go unnoticed until reported. As regards the site fees, these are referred to specifically on the additional notes on every one of our listings, and all dates. We also refer to it specifically on the booking confirmation text you were sent on July 4th. This is a managed site, and whereas people think this covers just the entertainment facilities, you still benefit from the site maintenance teams who keep the park in clean and manicured order, the 24 hour security and maintenance teams, plus the reception staff, who issue the keys. The entertainment facilities are an additional byproduct of these fees, which also offer an on-site bar and restaurant, which the majority of guests wish to use. Worth taking more time to read all of the provided information next time. Thanks again for your booking. Property Owner

The property

A very popular holiday community on the North Wales coast, with easy direct beach access, as well as a cycle/walking path stretching from Prestatyn to Llandudno.

Ideal for both families and couples, with coastal views and beautiful sunsets a literal stone’s throw from the holiday home.

On a quiet part of the site, a 5-minute walk to the on-site facilities, with shortcuts to the town front bars, fairs, markets, and arcades, are available. Ideal for those who want to bring bicycles but local bike rentals are available. Our beachfront caravan has just been refurbished, with brand new upholstery, flooring, blinds, oven, mattresses, bedding, and more.

The unit is fully double-glazed & centrally heated and has a light, extremely spacious living area, which is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.

You’ll have a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The van has three bedrooms, one double, and the other two twins, with a pull-out double in the living room for additional guests.

There is an en suite bathroom/toilet, plus a separate shower room with toilet. Very good storage and hanging space. Superb on-site facilities include a multi-screen sports bar showing live Sky Sports events, an indoor heated pool and large jacuzzi, an outdoor designated children's play area, with entertainment staff providing fun and games, plus an arcade area. The large, split-level, function room is bustling nightly and includes bingo, live acts, and some kids’ entertainment early in the evening.

Local late-night shop at the park entrance, and Asda 1 minute car journey from the site.

The Range, Aldi, B&M, Greggs, Iceland, and others, are located just 1 mile from the park. Please note, that a registration form needs to be completed prior to arrival and a registration fee paid to the site which covers the cost of insurance, security, maintenance, as well as the check-in and key handling process.

This also covers your site entertainment passes which vary in price based on seasonality. Early check-in and late checkout options are available on request, with a small additional fee required.

Please request this at the time of booking or at least 1 week prior to arrival. Bedding is supplied, however, towels are not, so please don’t forget to bring your own (including a kitchen tea towel). If any dates you are interested in are not reflected in the availability shown, please feel free to contact me to request different specific holiday dates you would like to book.

Weekend and midweek bookings are welcome.
