Hello welcome to our newly upgraded caravan in 2025 Situated on Snowdoncourt.

Perfectly sited close to main complex with large enclosed circled patch of grass in the front safe for children to play.. Spacious homely caravan with well equipped kitchen with dishwasher .

The lounge is comfortable and modern with electric fire, Double glazing and full central heating making it ideal for those cosy nights in all year round.

TV includes Netflix Information & terms Booking information: When booking with us we DON’T provide you with the following: Towels fun passes We DO provide : WIFI Bed Linen Cutlery & essentials cooking equipment's Mugs, Glassware, Dinnerware, Pots & pans Terms & conditions To ensure an enjoyable holiday for every one we request that you and each member of your party comply with the following guidelines. You must provide us with car registration, names and ages of the people that are on the booking form.

Booking bond fee the initial fee will act as your bond for the caravan.

this is an additional charge and will not be deducted from the hire charge but will be refunded after you departure. we have the right to withhold some or the entire bond for the additional cost of : breakages replacing / repairing any damages we allow you to use BBQ, Must be away from the caravan and not on the outdoor furniture.

the BBQ must be dispose of on your departure. Cancellations In the event of a cancellation due to sickness, work commitment or weather, booking fee will NOT be refunded, however in event of park closure you will be given an option to change the date. check-in from 3pm onwards check out 10am early checking/late check out can be arranged (additional charge £25) keys will be in a key safe at the caravan (code will be texted/ emailed to you the day of arrival) Caravan rules No smoking/ Vaping in the caravan. NO more than 6 people in the caravan No pets. You must inform us on the day of arrival of any defect. caravan should be clean as found on departure. No footwear to be worn on the carpets / in the caravan. No prams to be left open in caravan (this is known to damage walls) Any stains on furniture that can’t be removed will be deducted from you booking bond fee. No paint/felt tip pens or slime to be used inside the caravan. BBQ allowed must be 2 meter away from caravan and on the ground. Thankyou for booking with us & enjoy your stay
