“Owner not very efficient at getting check in details over to us, we had to chase these details.”

The caravan is in a great position, nice and quiet but not far from the entertainment. The caravan is well equipped with everything needed. We didn’t notice on the advert there is no Wi-Fi at the caravan, this was our own fault for not checking. But worth noting if you want Wi-Fi as there is no 4G at the caravan. The caravan could be cleaner in places, skirting boards and under radiators are really dusty.

Sorry you feel this way. We don't release sensitive information like keycodes until a couple of days before.. The area itself is horrific for signal, not sure how you think that's my fault. I have had a word with the lady who looks after the van, who has been to check and has confirmed there is no collection of dust in those places, which I believe, as I have never seen that when I have been there. Maybe caravan holidays are just not for you! Property Owner

Ideally located not too far of a walk for little ones to the entertainment and arcades. The caravan itself was great, it was great not to have to bring everything with us. The children loved watching the bunnies around the caravan in the mornings

“Lovely homely caravan in a great location.”

Sara was a great host and answered all our questions. 17 Tryfan is ideally located especially for any elderly residents as the walk to the entertainment clubs have no steep hills to walk in either direction. The caravan is fully equipped for a great relaxing holiday on Haven's flagship park in Pwllheli. Loved the swinging egg chair on the decking :) Would definitely re-book again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely caravan to others

Sara got us in last minute as been let down by someone we only stopped for the 1 night as a surprise for out lad Corey 5 we haven't visited camp for around 12yrs the caravan was immaculate everything you could need spacious and owner was very helpful getting us in camp itself as changed loads we will be looking to book up again for sure highly recommended x

“Fantastic caravan, couldn't believe how big the outside garden was.”

We don't have younger children, but you wouldn't need to bring anything as it had everything. Getting in touch with the owner was quick and easy. There was plenty of outside chairs. A barbecue and firepit which we never used. The caravan was spotless. 2 bathrooms was a bonus!

..the only item we to had to take was towels and tea towels also plenty of outside seating even a barbecue log burner....fantastic family caravan so I will definitely recommend this holiday owner also the park it is situated on it absolutely amazing ????

“Great holiday home, close walk to attractions.”

Our little boy had an amazing time there (2years old.) Absolutely great site with everything you need or want on it shops, pubs, restaurant, cafe, soft play, swimming pool, arcades, entertainment, shows, take away restaurants, rock climbing wall, tree top adventure. You don’t even need to leave the site if you don’t want to. The caravan was clean and tidy and is well kept with everything you need in it including microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven and hobs TVs in all the bedrooms and front room. There’s also extras which were amazing with having kids including high chair, bed guard, travel cot, stroller and a slide out the front. Kids are safe and enclosed on the terrace instead of walking straight out into the grounds there’s lovely furniture outside with a 6 seater table by the grassy area for dining and a more relaxed comfortable seating area on the terrace. All in all a great trip with great customer service, Sara was very helpful and answered all questions we had no problems at all.

“We have just returned from a lovely 3 nights!”

Caravan in a lovely quiet cul de sac where you don’t hear anyone coming to and from there caravans, beautiful decking to sit on and have a cup of tea (glass of fizz ????) beds were comfy as far as caravan beds go we all slept so well. owners very helpful. Our check in time wasn’t till 4pm (ish) but we had friends that own a caravan there so we were meeting up with them and also other friends had booked another caravan there so we wanted to spend the day on site doing activities, the owners of this caravan checked us in earlier so we had the day on site which was great ???? very quick response to every message sent! Will I return 100%.

“We had a pleasure to stay in this lovely caravan.”

Booking was straight forward, communication was easy and caravan was perfect for the stay. Everything that you would ever need was there even baby cot and bed guards for children. Pros : + cul-de-sac so quiet and and hardly any movement, safe for children running around + corner plot so plenty of space and privacy, also few trees around for those who want to stay in the shade + 10 minute walk to small sandy secluded beach with amazing scenery around + 3 minute walk to swimming pool, bars and food places but far enough from bustle and hustle + caravan more then well equipped + Three separate seating areas outside - on the decking and on the patio, with chimnea for cooler evenings or just for those who like fire Cons : - too far from our house for us to come more often (not really a con then :) ) Thank you for having us and accomodating at a short notice.

“Stayed here for a week.”

The caravan was lovely and clean on arrival and freshly made beds. Nice quiet corner plot with lots of space. Sitting out on the veranda was so relaxing and a lovely sun trap. The caravan is so good for young children they have thought of everything . Highchair, buggy, bed guard even plastic plates and childrens cutlery, which made the stay so much easier . Lots of activities on site and you can walk to the beach. Great stay ,will definatley recommend to people.

“We stayed at Saras caravan as a family of 3 with a toddler.”

We found the booking process very easy and Sara provided us with all the information we needed. Whenever I had a question (and believe me I had lots) Sara always answered quickly and was very knowledgeable. We paid a deposit which was paid back to us quickly as soon as the caravan was checked when we left. The caravan is in a lovely quiet cul de sac near all the facilities. The caravan had all the essentials we needed including, bedding, travel cot, bumper for toddler bed, stroller, kitchen equipment, cutlery and much more. We had a fantastic fantastic and the site is perfect for young children. We will definitely stay again and would always book with Sara.

The caravan has a large secure decking area and separate dining area to the side of the van. The van gets the sun most of the day. The van was clean and has everything you need. Minute walk to the pool and shop. Will definitely stay again.
