“When we arrived at the caravan we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the outside and inside of caravan.”

Dust and flies on surfaces, mucky marks in bathroom and walls, layers of crumbs under sofa cushions. I straight away called the person who manages the property who was helpful in terms of seeing if other properties were available but as peak school holidays nothing was. Dust and flies on surfaces, mucky marks in bathroom and walls, layers of crumbs under sofa cushions. I straight away called the person who manages the property who was helpful in terms of seeing if other properties were available but as peak school holidays nothing was. She also offered compensation which we accepted and for a cleaner to come back but I felt that I needed to clean it properly myself. After going to get suitable cleaning products and spending the first evening cleaning it felt a bit fresher. However the garden really does need to be improved. One of reasons we booked was how the pictures looked of the outside area but reality is very different. The garden is not dog friendly as it isn’t fully enclosed and nobody wants to sit on old rusty garden furniture on a patio full of weeds on their holiday!
