I went into the main shower room it was dated but surface clean but not deep cleaned I went to close the slide door and it pulled off in my hand! The carpet was filthy and the floor also in the kitchen area, there were used wet cleaning clothes under the sink and three empty bottles of spray. The kitchen cupboard door handles were sticky so I cleaned everything before use. Outside was overgrown dirty the outside furniture was unusable, dirty torn not been refreshed for gods knows how long. There was a bit of rubbish on the grass and personal items stashed in a broken shed or under the deck also not completely enclosed with a high gap for the dog to escape through. We did let the owners know they replaced the duvet and repaired the shower and also a light in the bathroom. Unfortunately the damage had already been done for us with the visit from the local rat! ( that’s nature) but really just ruined an already awful experience.
