“My son and I loved this caravan.”

It was clean and in perfectly situated a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the entertainment. We have stayed in other parts of the park but Waterside is by far our favourite part. We will definitely return.

“We recently got back after a 10 day stay at 46 Waterside and find ourselves suitably depressed we are back home!”

We had a wonderful holiday which was only amplified by having a wonderful and well equipped caravan to stay in. The caravan suited all our needs, providing a good base for our 3 & 5 year old to play (both inside and safely outside), and enough room for us adults to feel we had space. Gemma was always quick to respond to any enquiry. Should we return to the area again (which we are definitely hoping we will) we will absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you.

“We have just returned from our 4 night stay at 46 waterside as a family of 4.”

This was our second stay. The caravan is in the perfect location in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac located not far from the beach and a short walk away from all other amenities. The caravan itself is like home from home. It’s light, spacious and cleaned to a high standard! It had everything we needed and more. The wi fi in the caravan work brilliantly which my eldest was very pleased about a great new addition! Gemma is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble she made the whole process so easy and stress free we cannot recommend her and her caravan enough. Thank you so much another great stay we can wait to come back again soon! Xx

“Caravan was perfect, it feels much bigger than it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed, a little home from home.”

it even had its own travel cot so we didn't have to take one with us. Was a nice quiet location but still only a short walk from all the activities and entertainment. Gemma was a great host and nothing was too much bother, answering all our queries very promptly. Hafan y Mor is easily the biggest and best Haven site we've been to, it has everything to keep young children entertained, even when the weather isn't great! We made some great memories and hopefully will be back next year.

“We had a wonderful time staying at 46 Waterside.”

The caravan was spotless on arrival and included everything needed as a home from home (little things like salt and pepper, ketchup, cooking oil etc, that you don't get in a Haven caravan.) The location on the site is great near the beach and coastal path so its quiet for a restful nights sleep, but also within walking distance to everything else site. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and Gemma gave us some advice on activities, restaurants and take aways in the local area too. Hafan Y Mor site had lots of activities which kept our 4 & 8 years olds very happy! Thank you Gemma for a great last minute holiday and we hope to return to the caravan again next year!

“We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this caravan and it really is so lovely!”

The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s beautiful and we had a great time! There was 6 of us and it was fine for us all. Great communication from the owner too. Couple of points: there is no WiFi at this caravan. The signal is awful too so you can’t access your 3/4/5g and cannot take or make a phone call coherently. There were 4 adults in our party and it was a problem for some who needed their phone for work. You will have to walk to the main centre which was about 6-8mins from the caravan before you can get online or get a signal. The second point:: We had some dirty pjs left in one of the wardrobes from the previous visitors which is annoying given the cleaning charge you have to pay as part of the booking. We had to dispose of these after a rather traumatised child in our party found them and then we had to clean the wardrobe. All in all, a lovely caravan in a very quiet location on the park. The park itself is absolutely amazing and we had a throughly enjoyable break!

Hi Amy I'm glad you had a lovely stay. With regards to the WiFi, we do not advertise as having WiFi, but signal for phones is generally ok on site. The issues you found may have been due to the volume of people on site in the holidays connecting to the same cell tower, which is out of our control. I am surprised and sorry to hear that you had a negative experience regarding finding pyjamas as we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and apologise for falling short in this area. The caravan is right next to the beach and has everything that is needed the owners are very responsive regarding any queries. Would recommend to friends and would definitely look to return as we all enjoyed our family break

“Good communication regarding the booking and key safe.”

Unfortunately, the caravan didn’t seem as clean as other reviews suggested. A lot of the crockery in the cupboards (we only wanted mugs for a morning coffee) was dirty. We also found wet men’s swimming bathers in the wardrobe drawer.

“I have stayed here most years during high season since my kids were small.”

In principle you pay a bit more for here than some other sites but it's the only site that has a plethora of entertainment and you can walk down to it’s own secluded beach. The caravan is in a remote part of the site so you get peace and quality with a perfect location and wonderful pleasant beach views around the corner. We will go back again and again. This particular caravan is one we try to rebook regularly as we have had no issues and great communication with the owner.

“We had a fantastic holiday and all round experience.”

The caravan was cleaned to a very high standard and communication with owner was top drawer throughout and they helped a great deal in making it such a successful holiday. Caravan was perfect for our young family and was a nice change to have a selection of pots, pans and crockery. As previous holidays in other caravans have only had limited amounts which is frustrating. Very strongly recommend this caravan and site to anyone. Thanks

“Amazing stay an glorious weather .”

The balcony was put to use with sunshine all day and was lovely to sit out . The caravan was spotless and very modern. The plot was in a nice quiet location but only 5 mins from The clubhouse and play areas. We enjoyed a coastal walk every morning which was a stones throw away . We will definitely be back

“Lovely caravan in a great position within the park.”

Clean with a spacious living area and the seating on the veranda tops it off with all day sun. Couple of minor issues were resolved promptly by the owners, couldn't ask for more really, already looking forward to booking again for next year.

“Really beautifully kept clean and modern caravan.”

Large decking in a perfect sun trap for hot days. Gemma is really friendly and communication is easy and the price we paid was really cheap for a week in July so we have already recommended this to family members. One thing I would say is wifi is not available and the signal wasn’t the best but this wasn’t a big problem as you could get it on the deck in and just outside of the caravan. A bargain of a stay with a really comfortable caravan will definitely consider using again if we return to Hafan y mor.

Enclosed decking is a great feature for families with young children who like to be outside like mine. Gemma has been a fantastic person to rent from, great and fast communication from start to finish. What a beautiful caravan! The layout out was brilliant, it was lovely and clean and I’ve never used a caravan shower that has been so good ???? The location is perfect a short walk to the beach and not too far to the entertainment etc. The caravan is set in a lovely quiet cul de sac so it was safe enough for my son to play out without lots of traffic. Gemma was very helpful answering all my questions before booking and was very quick to register us with Haven to enable us to buy the passes, which was very easy. The deposit was also returned extremely quickly on departure day! I would highly recommend Gemma’s caravan and we can’t wait to return again. Thanks again for a lovely break away! x

“Had a lovely 5 days break here, Van is immaculate and has a lovely sized decking area.”

Loved how we were set back as well so kids would have a little nose around on their scooters in the little area we were in. Park is amazing ! Best haven site I’ve been to!! It’s massive !! Gemma was absolutely fantastic always replied to any query I had and was so helpful and polite x so thank you gemma and yes we most definitely will be visiting again ????????

“I have just got back from a 3 day stay at Gemma's caravan.”

we carn't wait to return. For me i am fussy like my home comforts even down to normally taken my own pans, salt pepper well my whole house. But after reading the reviews i thought i would chance it. I was not disappointed it was home from home. Any one who hires Gemma's caravan are in for a real treat. Everything about it was perfect . The beds are really comfortable good pillows, great shower the cooker is good too. Lots of space and loads of storage. Every time i have emailed Gemma the response has been so quick and she was very helpful. My children are a little older but if you have young children there is no need to worry the with the balcony that has a gate and its in a little close with very little traffic, also you get the sun on the balcony till sun set which is a bonus, and a 2 min walk to the beach and a short walk to entertainment. i could carry on but i hope i have included enough information. Thanks again Gemma what a lovely clean and well looked after van .

“This was the first time we had booked privately instead of through Haven so I was really nervous.”

However from the moment I enquired with Gemma she was brilliant. Gemma checked availability straight away provided information, documents, caravan photos. She answered any questions I had on the caravan or the site, totally putting us at ease and made the booking process so easy! Gemma confirmed receipt of payment straight away and registered with the site sending all details to us and returned our damage deposit on checkout day. The caravan is so lovely, very modern, clean, spotless, comfortable and in a very quiet location but still close enough to all the main areas. As soon as we got there we were already in contact with Gemma as to how we could book again. We have stayed in alot of Haven caravans over the years but this was the best and I would totally recommend booking this caravan with Gemma to anyone. She was available to contact before during and after our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan xx

“What a fantastic holiday we had!”

The location was on point; close enough to the park facilities, a stone's throw from the beach and yet tucked away in a quiet little nook where we could retreat for cocktails on the private decking after a busy day. This caravan had all the things we needed to ensure we had a comfortable relaxing holiday, from condiments to DVDs for rainy days. Gemma was amazing at communicating with us, so quick and attentive. The whole process has been a pleasure. We have stayed in a few caravans on this site, but this one is our favourite! We look forward to staying here again.

So a bit late! We stayed her with 3 young kids aged 2 to 12 in August. What can I say home from home, everything you need. Location is fab, away from the hustle. A stone's throw from the beach. The owner was so so helpful. Even when I left my new jacket her and her cleaner went out of their way to get it back to me. It was there literally the next day!
