“191 SNOWDONIA
Really disappointing.”
We have been going to Hafan Y Mor since 2013, either through Haven directly or through uk caravans for hire and have always had well kept, beautiful caravans.
To start we did not stay in this listing as Debbie had double booked it so gave us a choice of two un booked caravans. We chose 191 Snowdonia, which was older with no decked seating.

On arrival at the caravan there were socks and a dummy outside on the floor and what looked like the contents of the vacuum cleaner hanging off the decked steps. The decking steps to access the caravan was shaking and extremely insecure. Inside was worse. The fridge stunk. There wasn’t one clean pot in sight to a point you knew what the previous holiday makers had for breakfast, dinner and drink. Rubbish in the bin, under the beds and in cupboards. Cereal and crisps remains were on the outskirts of every room. Slats missing on one of the beds. Curtains falling off the rail. Handles missing on windows to let the draft in. It was shocking. If I could submit photos and videos I would.
I messaged Debbie to let her know, just in case she hadn’t been informed. She said she hadn’t, apologised and asked for photos so she could sort it out. I sent them immediately and waited the rest of my holiday for a response, update or potentially a cleaner or maintenance visit, but we got nothing and still have not.
We spoke to Haven who informed us they couldn’t assist due to it being a private booking and that Debbie was not the owner.
