This beautiful 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux caravan is in the most amazing location of Cardigan Bay View and has uninterrupted Sea views.
Wake up to the most spectacular sunrises and sounds of the ocean!
Or relax in the evening on the outdoor veranda with its outdoor seating, complete with cushions and blankets to keep you cosy and warm.
There is also a bbq guests can use for Al fresco dining and a private parking space next to the caravan.
In the lounge there is a 42” Sony TV with over 200 channels, a feature gas fire for cosy evenings and all the things in the kitchen you need such as toaster, kettle, cups, plates, saucepans etc.
There is a full size, built in fridge freezer and oven and grill.
A high chair, travel cot and bed guard is provided free of charge.
We also have a storage box outside with buckets, spades, nets etc for guests to use during their stay.
We have our own fast WIFI which is included in your stay so teenagers will be happy!
Board games and puzzles are also available to keep you occupied.
Beds are made up ready so no need to bring bedding and this takes away the hassle so you can just unpack and enjoy your holiday straight away!
There is a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite.
This room is big enough to fit a full size travel cot in.
There are two further bedrooms with 2 beds in each and wardrobes.
The maximum capacity is 6 persons.
The activities and restaurant at the Dragon lake Village is just a 5 minute walk away and another 2-3 minutes to the entertainment and swimming pool.
We do not accept dogs, and there is no smoking allowed in the caravan
TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ
* A maximum of 6 people are permitted in the caravan.
* This is a family site, so no under 25, same-sex single groups
* £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking secures dates, and the final balance is due no later than 6 weeks before you go.
If you are booking a last-minute break, a full balance plus £100 damage bond is required at the time of booking.
*A £100 security bond is taken at the time of the final balance and is held against major damage, extensive clean, theft or loss of keys.
If none of these occur your bond will be refunded within 5 days after your stay
* NO SMOKING in the caravan.
* NO PETS ALLOWED - This is a pet-free caravan
* Please leave the caravan clean and tidy.
All cleaning products and appliances are supplied for you to use in the caravan
* Please respect other holidaymakers and keep unnecessary noise to a minimum.
* Only named people are permitted to stay unless cleared by the owner, and this break cannot be sold on to a third party..
