“Caravan had a nice veranda and view, good size main bedroom, there was a smell in the bedroom and I rang and left a v/m but no one responded A lot of the glasses in the cupboard had cracks in them and the food cupboard was sticky so had not been cleaned.”

It is quite expensive for a caravan so although these are little things you expect at a minimum for your caravan to smell fresh and be thoroughly cleaned.
