The only disappointment was the lack of phone signal and WiFi throughout our stay. As many of the resort’s activities and facilities need to be booked through the app, this made things quite challenging at times. I contacted the owner and was advised that the issue was due to the bad weather. However, even once the weather improved and remained clear for the rest of our stay, the WiFi unfortunately never became available.
Given how reliant the resort is on its app, it may be worth exploring ways to improve the connectivity or carrying out checks before guests arrive to ensure everything is working as expected.
Despite this issue, we had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend the caravan for its comfort and excellent location.
