“This is the first time we have stayed here and we would love to return.”

This is a beautiful lodge, in a very quiet but convenient part of the park. Very close to a lovely small beach. The lodge was modern yet cosy, very clean, lots of space and storage overlooking the lake. Thank you very much

“We stayed at 31 The Fairways for a Monday to Friday break and absolutely loved it!”

From the very start, we were impressed. The owner messaged me on the morning of our trip with all the details we needed, including the access codes and how to collect the key, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. As soon as we arrived and stepped inside, we were taken aback by how spacious and welcoming the accommodation was. There was plenty of room both inside the lodge and around it, and everything we needed was right there. The bedrooms were lovely, with lots of space to unpack and store our clothes, which made settling in so easy. The main bathroom even had a bath, which was a huge plus for our little ones—it made bath time so much easier and more enjoyable! We genuinely had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be booking again—100%!

The property

Spacious luxury lodge located on the front row in The Fairways area of the park. Uninterrupted views of the lake and fountains and a short walk to a small sandy cove and the Wales Coastal Path. The lodge is light and airy with an open plan living area and kitchen. The lounge/dining area has modern furniture, a 42" wall mounted TV and DVD player.

Sliding patio doors leading out onto a wrap around deck with exterior recliner chairs, exterior dining set and five person inset hot tub. The kitchen benefits from a built in dishwasher, full size fridge, full size freezer, built in microwave, gas oven and gas hob.

A washer dryer is available in the cupboard by the main entrance. The lodge has two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has an extensive range of fitted furniture, dressing area, double bed and ensuite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two full size single beds and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a full size family bathroom with shower and bath tub. Parking is available for two cars.
