“This could be a stunning lodge but alas it is not.”

Our first impression of lodge was looks fab. Then when you start to look around there was no way it had been cleaned before we arrived not even 1 piece of toilet paper in any of the toilets. There was grease on the cooker most of the glasses were dirty we had to start cleaning there was a rusty baking tray and rusty roasting tin wish I could upload pictures. The bathroom light not working that was our first call to the lady that looks after the lodge she gave me a number to call so I had to call ...

The bathroom light not working that was our first call to the lady that looks after the lodge she gave me a number to call so I had to call maintenance we also noticed the hot tub was not as clear as it should be but we let that go. The second day the master bedroom door locked we could not open yet another call to her yet another number to call then we had to call her as the hot tub started smelling that git sorted and the difference in how clear it was. Then the next day the bathroom door fell of you could not write this. We got the hoover out which was full and smelt so bad I cleaned it all out only for it not to work nightmare. In the end she apologised for all the problems and refunded us only £100 for all the problems we paid £1295 for 4 nights you expect a lot more than we got.

It is with regret that we have to pass on a message from Haven Holiday Park.
Unfortunately, the pool is closed until the 5th of June 2026 for roof refurbishment. The entertainment passes have been greatly reduced, and all the other fantastic entertainment and activities are all open as usual. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
