“We had a wonderful stay at Hagen y Mor, we had previously visited before but never gone with a private caravan and it was great!”

The biggest difference we found were the little home comforts like a blanket and cushions with comfortable sofa, the caravans own fast WiFi and the television set up ready to go with different streaming services. My little boy also loved that there was an Alexa there so he could play music. The caravan was clean and as described/pictured and in a great quiet location close to the swimming pool which was really handy with a little one. Susie was so friendly and helpful whenever I contacted ...

“Amazing! We have never previously gone back to a caravan but after just coming back from our 4th visit, we couldn’t fault it.”

Caravan- spotless. Lots of seating, inside and out. Linen provided and beds made up, usb sockets, Alexa and a wide range of books. The new fridge keeps the adult drinks extra cold :-) Location- a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can safely play out, away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 10 minute walk to the activity end of the park. Hafan y Mor- has everything you need, beach access, bars, activities, woodland walks, shops, fast food. You could stay on site and never leave. Owner- an absolute star. Superb communication, always available, friendly. Takes pride in her caravan and it shows. Even though you rarely meet them, a brilliant owner like this can make a holiday even more enjoyable Thank you!

The caravan was so clean and in a great location that was ideal for us. It was like home from home. Communication was great and Susie was so understanding when we had to change the date which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and definitely use again :-)

“Me and my partner booked this lovely looking caravan and this was our first caravan holiday together.”

Usually when you see such amazing photographs, the accommodation never lives up the the standards and there's always an element of deception somewhere. Not here! This caravan was amazing! Much larger than we were expecting and with Susie's magic touch, it felt more like home than our own home! The location on the site was perfect, a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of space around it. It was also a short walk to the entertainment, shop and swimming. We were both truly taken back of just how much we loved it and can't wait to return. The caravan has a brilliant shower, central heating and cooking facilities and is just like home! The bed was very comfortable and everything was immaculate. The location of the site is close to local towns, so there are local supermarkets a short drive away such as Aldi and Asda and some great restaurants. I can't recommend this caravan enough and you only have to read the other reviews that it's not just our opinion!

“Quite honestly, the listing undersells what you get here.”

With the location you get a secluded, quiet location which is perfect for letting little ones play and is within a short walk of all on-site facilities. With the caravan itself you get everything you need and more. Completely spotless with a lot of additional extras to make it more homely. With the owner, Susie, you get a genuine sense that she will do anything to help your holiday go smoothly. A true star. We rebooked for 2022 before we’d even finished this holiday.

“A really lovely stay at this beautifully equipped caravan.”

It is located in a peaceful area of the site, with a gorgeous decking area perfect for enjoying the evening sun. It is warm and cosy, yet spacious and airy. The local beaches are well worth a visit, as well as Portmeirion which was a very relaxing with beautiful scenery. The caravan was everything you could want for a home from home getaway - definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future.

“We have recently returned from our 4 night stay in this lovely caravan with our two young grandchildren.”

Everything was as described with excellent facilities, perfect quiet location and a very high standard of cleanliness. Coronavirus processes were in place meaning that some changes were necessary including provision of sheets and bedding etc but this was expected and we felt safe knowing that full sanitisation of the caravan had taken place prior to our arrival. Susie was very helpful and responded promptly to all our enquiries. The park was clean and spacious and provided many activities and amenities for the children within social distancing guidelines, although many of these were actually fully booked when we arrived. We did find that because we weren't renting a Haven caravan we could not access the booking App and nor did we receive any welcome pack, information etc on arrival. However the Reception staff were very helpful in advising us to check daily re cancellations, and because the Park had only recently opened up after lockdown with all the new procedures, things may well settle down in this respect. We would definitely return to this Park and caravan!

“We’ve just had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful caravan!”

The location is perfect, in a quiet large spot that’s only a few minutes walk from the amenities. The cul-de-sac was great for the kids to play out on safely on scooters etc. Caravan is really well equipped with a spacious kitchen and lounge area and is beautifully decorated throughout which made it very homely. The beds were super comfy and the shower was really good as well as being large. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so able to make the most of the lovely decked areas. Susie was great to deal with and refunded the deposit the same day. We’ve hired a few private caravans on Hafan y Mor as well as other places but this was definitely the best. This would be my first choice next time we go! Until next time...

Lovely outside area which we didnt use due to weather but would be fabulous if weather was good. The owner has been great very responsive with communications and emails ,. Hafan Y Mor is a lovely camp for kids of all ages.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to all amenities, lovely and safe culdi sac in which we felt comfortable to let our girls play on the grass area infront of the caravan. Beautiful decking area, with lovely outside furniture made for a lovely chilling outside space. Would highly recommended to any one wanting to visit this site.

Luckily the owner Susie had availability at this beautiful caravan. The booking process was very straightforward and Susie answered all questions promptly. The caravan is spotless and the decor is beautiful. Lots of lovely homely touches. There is a fantastic decking area to the front and side, with fab rattan furniture. The caravan is located close to the main facilities but on a lovely quiet circle. Ideal for children to play outside. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

“We had a lovely short break with grandparents.”

Very comfortable, stylish van, and spotlessly clean. Beds made up on arrival which meant we could start our holiday as soon as we arrived. Great decking to the side of the van which unfotunately we we're unable to make use of due to the weather. The owner has been very helpful throughout, and responded to emails/texts promptly. It was our first time at hafan y mor, but will definately visit again. Excellent facilities for kids of all ages. Hoping for better weather next time!

“Amazing week at Hafan with our 3 & 5 year old children.”

We stayed in this absolutely beautiful caravan (advert 8421), spotlessly clean, very modern, and the beds were SO comfy. Great quiet location and yet only a 5 minute walk from all main amusements. Owner (Susie) good communication, very accommodating and lovely lady. We can’t wait to return and we will definitely be staying here again!
