The caravan is on a corner plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic.
Sliding patio doors open out onto a brand new composite wraparound decking (dog not included!) which looks out to views of the mountains, There is a decking seating area with steps down to a private south facing patio sun trap complete with its own palm trees!
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin (can be pushed together to make doubles) it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
All beds in bedrooms have quilts and pillows provided.
There is an additional drop-down bed in the lounge, but the quilt and pillows are not provided for this.
You will need to bring quilt covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets and towels for bathrooms and kitchen.
The main bathroom has a powerful shower, basin and toilet, and there is a separate toilet and basin.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker with oven, grill and 4 ring gas hob, full size integrated fridge / freezer, microwave, ample storage, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine.
Dining area has seating for 4 people.
The lounge has a 43inch LG 4K Smart TV, with Freeview, a huge L shaped sofa.
There is unlimited WIFI available for a small charge.
This is already paired up with the TV for smart apps.
Haven passes are needed to access the entertainment areas on park, and are not included; however, you can purchase these from Haven reception.
