“Hired this van for my parents for the weekend.”

Communication with owner very good and responded quickly, provided details of everything we needed to know in advance of stay, van is in a quiet area of the park with off road parking, 5 min walk to on site facilities and 10 min walk to beach. Caravan clean presented nicely and had everything my parents needed. Van has WiFi and Chromecast for all your digital needs. Good size fridge and freezer, balcony gets the sun at various times of day and is pleasant to sit out

“Really comfortable caravan.”

Have stayed in this caravan four times now. Looking at fifth stay when I can afford it again. Ideally situated - four minute walk to main centre/shop - but far away enough not to hear the entertainment. Perfect. Beach is only a ten minute walk either through the park or over the fields on the public footpath. Big attraction for us. Really clean spacious location. Off road parking. A more upmarket feel which I prefer. A lot quieter in comparison to other areas of the site which is a must for us. Caravan decking is glorious in the sun. Can see the grazing sheep on the hills in the distance. Caravan is well kitted out - big television, comfy sofa, comfy beds, big fridge/freezer and nice shower/toilets. The owner looks after the caravan and her guests. This is our go-to caravan of choice. It’s quite modern. That said, the oven can get some getting used to. I’m not used to a conventional gas oven which seems the over cook on the top shelf and under cook on the bottom shelf. That’s just me. Dishwasher is great. I would recommend this owner/caravan for sure.

Double sliding patio doors, opening onto decked area. Stylish dining table with bench and two chairs. KITCHEN: Glass fronted oven and grill, black designer cooker hood with extractor fan. Double door integrated fridge freezer. Dishwasher. Plenty of storage units. Kitchen is fully equipped for all you needs. BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, duvalay mattress, reading lights, bedside units, LED feature lighting over the bed, ample storage. Vanity area, with LED lit mirror, integral mirror double wardrobe. En-suite toilet and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms, plenty of storage, wardrobe in each room, LED reading lights, Duvalay mattress. BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, vanity with LED lighting, plenty of storage, heated towel rail, toilet. OUTSIDE: Has a full wrap around decking, rattan dinning cube, private parking space, grassed area to the side of the caravan. PLEASE NOTE: I supply duvets and pillows, all mattresses have protectors on, please remember to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea- towel.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
